Only those candidates who have submitted the application form and paid the requisite application fee will be eligible to make the changes in the application form. IISER Exam 2025 Application Correction Window: Miscellaneous Things to Remember
Candidates need to remember the following things:
- The option to edit the Subject / Test / Programme / Course will continue to be available till the correction period.
- If there is an impact on the fee, then the additional fee will be charged as applicable.
- Correction in these fields will be applicable only after payment of an additional fee if any.
- No fee will be refunded for reduction of Test Papers.
- The only one-time correction will be allowed to the candidate i.e. once the corrections are done and submitted, the form shall be frozen.

With a 7,000 rank in the SC category, admission to any IISER (including newer campuses) is not possible as per 2025 cutoffs. Cutoff ranks for SC category in IISERs generally close between 125 (most competitive) and 750 (least competitive).

IISER Mohali cutoff 2025 has been released for different categories of students under the AI quota. For the General category, the cutoff rank for BS + MS admission across multiple specialisations was 1778. To view the category-wise ranks, refer to the table below:
