Mental Ability Topics for CUET UG 2026: General Test exam of Common University Entrance Test includes general mental ability and other topics. The mental ability section in CUET exam tests candidates based on their cognitive functions such as analytical thinking, logical reasoning, memory and problem solving skills. With limit in exam, NTA assesses a candidate’s capacity to learn and adapt to new tasks. National Testing Agency will conduct CUET General Test 2026 between May 11 and May 31, 2026. The mode of examination will be Computer Based Test (CBT). The exact dates for CUET 2026 exam will be released in CUET datesheet 2026.

In these questions, students have to understand and determine familial relationships.

Question 2: Pointing to a man, Riya said, "He is the only son of my grandfather." How is the man related to Riya?

Question 3: A is the brother of B. B is the mother of C. How is A related to C?

Question 4: There are seven members B, C, D, E, F, G and H in a family. H is the only daughter-in-law of D. E is the sister of C. C is the only son of F, who is the wife of D. B and G are the songs of H. How is G related to F?

In these questions, students have to classify items of same characteristics and identify the odd one.

CUET GAT Coding and Decoding Questions

It includes questions where students have to determine the pattern in a sequence of numbers, letters or symbols and use them in the given question.

Question 2: If FLOWER is written as GKNXFS, how is GARDEN written?

Question 3: In a certain code language, is GREAT is coded as VKIXE, then how is RIVEN coded in that language?

CUET GAT Direction Test Questions

In direction test questions, students have to find out the direction of an object of person based on given information.

Question 2: P, Q, R, S, T, U, V, W are sitting around a round table in the same order at equal distances. Their positions are clockwise. If V sits in the north, then what will be the position of S?

Question 4: A person faces east, turns left, then right, then left again. Which direction is he facing now?

No, National Testing Agency has not announced the CUET UG 2027 exam dates. The tentative schedule will be shared by NTA in CUET UG Information Bulletin 2027. The CUET 2027 exam is expected to be conducted in May-June 2027, in CBT mode.

The CUET UG 2027 exam dates will be announced by the National Testing Agency after the registration process is over. However, candidates will be able to know the tentative exam dates in CUET 2027 information bulletin, to be released tentatively in January 2027.

Yes, you can still get into BJMC course without a CUET at Dr. Shyama Prasad Mukherjee University, Ranchi. 50% seats of UG seats are reserved for CUET candidates.
