A passing grade in Xth and XIIth with Physics, Biology, and Chemistry as core subjects, with a minimum of 50% overall (45% for SC/ST students) and 60% in each core subject, is the minimum eligibility condition for BSc Biotechnology. Students who completed PCM or PCB in XIIth are eligible for admission because it is a BSc course.

A. Yes. Candidates having a BSc in Biotechnology and a minimum grade point average of 50% are eligible to apply for MTech Biotechnology. GATE scores are frequently used to determine admission to MTech programmes.
