Other: This university was founded by great Nobel laureate Rabindranath Tagore. It is situated in Santiniketan, 150 KM from Kolkata, West Bengal. Here students come from around the globe, so a mixed culture is noticed here, though the university sets its own values which are culturally and aesthetically very unique. The most unique nature of VisvaBharati is its openness. From campus atmosphere to teacher-student relationship - openness is observed everywhere. Though according to direct job placement the university is not very helpful, being a central university it provides all the facilities for higher studies, which is of great help in the long run. And most importantly, this university teaches you to be a good human being at first, so that students who belong to this institution don't fail in life.
