RIE CEE Seat Matrix for Integrated MScEd (6 Year)
This is an integrated programme of Teacher Education leading to the post-graduate degree (MSc Ed) in Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry to prepare senior secondary school teachers of Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics without any option of intermediate exit before completing six years of study. The programme is of a six-year duration, organised on a semester pattern. Each semester consists of 16 weeks of instruction, excluding examinations. The course contents related to Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics are equivalent to the course content in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics included in the syllabus for the same subjects in BSc (PCM) and MSc (Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics) of the University of Mysuru.
The course content related to educational components in MSc Ed is equivalent to that of the BEd of the University of Mysuru. This degree is equivalent to the MSc and BEd degrees of the University of Mysuru. The students who pass this programme are considered eligible to pursue a PhD degree in their respective areas in compliance with the PhD regulations of the University of Mysuru. This programme is currently offered only in RIE, Mysuru. Through CEE 2026, candidates from all over the country will have an opportunity to get admission to this programme in RIE, Mysuru.

B.Ed.-M.Ed. (Integrated) programme is a three-year, full-time teacher education course. Students must complete all three years, as the programme does not offer an early exit option. FAQs Related to RIE CEE Counselling 2026
The list for the provisionally selected and waitlisted candidates based on their scores has been released on the website. The score differs every year. The RIE Bhopal 2025 cut-off year is around 80-85.
RIE CEE counselling started after the result announcement on August 30 for Group C. After the Group A result, declared on September 5, and Group C on September 11, the other programs' counselling also started. The provisional list is being uploaded to the respective website. The candidate must report to the respective campus within the given timeline.
For admission to RIE courses through the CEE, a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate in your 12th class (or equivalent qualifying examination) is required for general category candidates.
Reserved Categories: A relaxation of 5% is provided, requiring a minimum of 45% aggregate marks for candidates belonging to the SC, ST, and PwD categories.
It is not advised for any candidate to miss the counselling date. It can result in losing the seat as well as the admission. You can confirm with the respective RIE if you can attend the next round of counselling or any other available solution.
