Yes, candidates seeking admission to DR. A.P.J Abdul Kalam Technical University undergraduate and postgraduate courses must have appeared for the CUET-UG and CUET-PG entrance exams, respectively. AKTU will not admit students who do not a valid CUET score. NTA usually releases CUET result in July. CUET UG Counselling is held and conducted separately by the participating institutes. Students must complete BE/BTech with 60% aggregate (54% for SC/ ST students) with a valid UPTAC rank. Those who have a valid GATE exam are also eligible for admission. However, such candidates first need to appear for the counselling session along with UPTAC rank.
