The UG-level course is offered on the main campus and through BHU-affiliated colleges as well. Yes, it is necessary that the candidates seeking admission to BA Hons in Economics/Mathematics/Statistics studied Maths in the qualifying examination. For other specialisations, candidates without maths in Class 12 shall also be eligible to apply. For verification purposes. Candidates also have to provide the academic certificates during form filling and admission confirmation or counselling.

Candidates who have completed Class 12 or equivalent with at least 50% aggregate can apply for Banaras Hindu University BA (Hons) course. Aspirants must hold the documents proving their eligibility for verification at the time of admission. Besides, aspirants must also pass CUET-UG for admission to BA (Hons) programme.
