It's okay because course is good. College is well reputed but since fee is high it can be better.
Placements: For MNC median package is about 8 LPA - 9 LPA (excluding off-campus). This year average is around 14 LPA. The median package for off-campus would be around 11 LPA. Some of the companies do discriminate M.Sc. students (about 40%) but at the end it's all about the skills.
Infrastructure: There is full Wi-Fi facility on campus. You will get high-speed Wi-Fi in whole campus. You can't access games and pirated websites through this. Labs are also fully equipped. We have lots of space since batch strength is only 65 to 70. Classrooms are also good, with full air conditioning. The central library is the basic place for any student of BIT. This contains 2 floors which the ground floor meant for reading magazines of different kinds, newspapers, and old books. Books can be borrowed here using library card.
Faculty: All teachers are helpful. All have done their Ph.D. and are knowledgeable. About their teacher, you cannot solely depend on the lectures of teachers, you have to study by yourself. I think 1 semester course is not that much relevant since it teaches chemistry and some other stuff. Semester exams here are not so tough. You can pass by study one night before. Pass percentage is around 80 percent.
Other: If you are interested in math then only take this branch because this branch contains so much mathematics. College life is decent to be honest. It has big and green campus (gets better the more you explore it). Everyday some or other events are happening so you will not get bored here. Fest is cool. My first fest experience was hampered by rain but what I could experience was dope night. It was fun college life so I would give an award.

Review of Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra.
Placements: Companies mostly hire students for data analysis. Overall, placements are decent. Internships are also offered in this course. Top recruiting companies are Microsoft, etc.
Infrastructure: New hostels such as H6 and H7 are decent. Laboratories are excellent. Classrooms are air-conditioned. Our campus is Wi-Fi enabled. There is a sports complex on our campus. All the modern sports facilities are available.
Faculty: Faculty members are knowledgeable and helpful. The pass percentage is good. Semester exams are easy. If we study well, we can score good marks during exams. Our college provides good education.

BIT Mesra is a good college.
Placements: Placements are great if students have the proper skills required. Our college has a good placement cell which works for students. Companies like Brain, Meesho, Flipkart, Microsoft, and Visa visit our college. They give 2 months of internships at companies like Microsoft, etc. The average salary package offered is 9 LPA.
Infrastructure: Hostels are great and very clean. Washrooms are cleaned twice a day. We have a gym in our hostel. The mess has good and hygienic food. I like the hostel food. Meals are also very balanced and have all the nutrients.
Faculty: Faculty members are very nice. There are many faculty members in all departments. They provide their best while teaching students. Specifically, our department has the best faculty members. They are not unnecessarily rude. They try their best to support students in every possible way.
Other: The college fests are just amazing. We have many celebrities who come in these fests.
