Yes, Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University conducts a Common Entrance Test (CET) for admission to BSc, BCA, BCom (Hons), B.Ed, BA (JMC), BHMCT, BBA, BA (Hons), BVoc, BPT, BPO, BOT, BASLP, BSc MLT, MSc, MA, MEd, MPT, MOT and MPO courses. IPU CET exam 2026 application forms for other courses, open tentatively in March every year. Apart from conducting IPU CET, GGSIPU also accepts several national-level entrance exams to provide admission to a few undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral courses. 

The expected GGSIPU MBBS cutoff 2024 offered through Vardhman Mahavir Medical College is must range between 107 and 129. The UNiversity offers MBBS through North Delhi Municipal Corporation Medical College and Hindu Rao Hospital, the expected MBBS cutoff must range between 909 and is 1054 for the Geenarl category All India students. After JEE session 2 is completed, only those candidates who are aiming for IITs need to start preparing for JEE Advanced after clearing JEE Main. Those who are above the 98th percentile should start preparing for JEE Advanced as soon as possible. Those below this, between the 95th and 98th percentile, should focus on attempting more mock tests and previous year question papers so that they have a better chance of clearing JEE Advanced

M.Des	Candidate must have completed graduation in any professional degree like Bachelor of Design or Bachelor of Architecture or Bachelor of Engineering or Liberal Arts or Humanities or other equivalent four year degree program.

• PhD admissions for winter session is open. The university will conduct the entrance test on Dec 22, 2025.
• The NEET UG Counselling 2025 has concluded, with the final seat allotment result of the stray vacancy round for admission to MBBS, BDS, and BSc (Nursing) courses.
• The CMAT 2026 exam is expected to be held in Jan 2026 for admission to the MBA, PGDM, and MMS courses.
• The CUET PG 2026 registration process for admission to PG courses is expected to begin in Jan 2026.
• The CUET UG 2026 registration window is expected to open in the first week of Mar 2026 for admission to UG courses.
• The NIMCET 2026 application form is anticipated to be available in April 2026 for admission to the MCA course.
• The CLAT 2026 exam for admission to the five-year Integrated LLB (UG) and one-year LLM courses will be held on Dec 7, 2025.
• The XAT registration process 2026 is now open for MBA/PGDM courses. The last date to register is Dec 5, 2025. Furthermore, the XAT 2026 exam will be held on Jan 4, 2026.
• The GATE 2026 exam for admission to ME/Mtech and PhD courses will be conducted on Feb 7, Feb 8, Feb 14, and Feb 15, 2026.
