    My dream came true.
Placements: The total batch is of 200 students, including both male and female, who are selected through an all-India level examination. It provides both undergraduate and postgraduate degrees in various medical departments, and our college is ranked around 9000.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is not so good; it is a very old college. The library facility in our college, which is common to all classrooms, is not so good. It is old, but the teaching is the best. The campus is all green. I think if you love greenery, then it is the best college to attend.
Faculty: Teachers are among the best in our college; they hold very responsible positions in the country. They make the topics so easy to understand that it becomes cakework. Many hard topics become very easy. They also explain the clinical topics in such a way that you learn everything very easily.
Other: Fest is celebrated every year in our college, which is known as Euphoria. The fee structure of our college is Rs. 24,000 for general students. Campus greenery is very good, and seniors are supportive.

Maybe the dream college you want.
Placements: There are 200 students in one batch, who are selected through the NEET UG examination, which is conducted at the national level. 5.5 years of course, including 4.5 years and one year of internship. After that, they are posted in rural areas for two years, or take NEET PG exam to pursue post graduation.
Infrastructure: Facilities are very good, we have a very good library, and the infrastructure is somewhat old. The campus is very good, with greenery all around. It is very refreshing and is away from the traffic. The hospital is separate. The hostel is a little bit old. The infrastructure is a little old and not so good...
Faculty: Internal exams are conducted throughout the year, and at the end of the year, a professional exam takes place. After passing that exam, we are promoted to the next year. Upon completion of 4.5 years, a one-year internship follows, during which students are paid a stipend.

This is a good college for admission.
Placements: Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia Institute of Medical Science has good placement, but it might depend on the student's capabilities and the knowledge of student. Overall, colleges provide good placements, but not all courses. You can check on their website for proper information.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi, classrooms, and the library are all good, and the facilities provided by the college might be different for all courses. I am a day scholar student, so I have no idea about the hostel, but the hostel looks like it gives good facilities for students. There is lunch, and dinner might be good, but not every day.
Faculty: Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia Institute of Medical Science has a good faculty and curriculum, but there is a focus on practical knowledge and activities of students for placements. There is a proper exam for my course; you need to qualify for the exam in my course.
Other: Events, festivals, and campus crowd connectivity are all good for the best campus life.

Satisfaction for academic purpose and surroundings. Seniors are very helpful.
Placements: This is the 2020 MBBS batch currently an intern. Our batch of 200 students in which all the students are currently an intern at SRN Hospital. This means there is 100% placement in the same college for an internship. During internships, you prepare for NEET PG and then you go MD or MS. In this college, there is more than 50% of students got into their PG.
Infrastructure: Facilities in the hostel are very good you get a shared room in your early year and then after 3 years, you get a single room. Electricity is always available. Infrastructure is above average. There are multiple mess and each of them serves good hygienic food and a water cooler is also there. Classrooms are well-established and AC furnished. Projectors are placed for visual studies.
Faculty: Teachers are highly qualified and knowledgeable. They are very supportive, helpful, and guiding in every aspect like theory and practical. Our professional exams are quite tough and the pass percentage is 50% Students are very hardworking and very socializing. Seniors are there for every need and they always help us to cope with the pressure of the exams.
Other: MBBS is a highly qualified professional and you need a good determination to go for it. I wish there would be a mental workshop for students to encourage them and tell them how to balance their lives. Many extracurricular activities happen and every year there is a fest named Euphoria. Campus is very green and peaceful. Scholarships are also given to eligible students.

Little dissatisfied about not having proper sports facilities but good in academics.
Placements: I got government seat through NEET exam for MBBS. It's a 5.5-year course where 1 year of compulsory internship is added with a stipend of 12k per month. MBBS is a bachelor degree for the doctor. My batch has 200 students with an allotted roll no. MBBS includes both skill-based and visual studies for effectiveness.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure and hostel facilities are great as we got a 3BHK, and 6 students live with a facility of geyser etc. My hostel is in front of the Palassio Mall and Ekana Stadium where we can enjoy the cricket matches just near us (if tickets are having).
Faculty: Teachers or professors are well qualified and knowledgeable as they have completed same degree course and they become so experienced through practical practices in the hospital that they give us the major clinically oriented sessions with their slides.
Other: First of all, the campus is little small but still I choose by technologies the college has. AC fitted Lecture theatre with the best equipments for studies. The library could be better with some sports facilities.

Really beautiful campus and good infrastructure and faculty .
Placements: As KGMU is one of the prestigious medical colleges in India, the placement rate, or rather the PG selection rate, is very high. Approximately 200 students out of a batch of 250 get selected for PG as MD/MS. The salary in PG is around 1 lakh to 1 lakh 30 thousand per month. Many students from my college get selected at AIIMS Delhi, MAMC Delhi, and other renowned colleges in India. KGMU's PG selection rate is equivalent to AIIMS Delhi. After the final year of MBBS, there is a mandatory internship for all. Students are posted in each department for one month and learn important skills. The stipend during the internship is 12,500, which is low compared to AIIMS colleges.
Infrastructure: As I mentioned, KGMU is located in Lucknow, the capital of UP, which is known for its heritage. This is also reflected in my college. Our campus is very beautiful; it's more like a tourist place. The college has many modern facilities. There is the Kalam Center, a modern teaching block equipped with high-tech technologies. The apex testing centers and research labs are top-level in India. The hostel buildings are not so attractive because they were built in the 90s, but the facilities are good enough for a proper life. The food available at the hostel is very good in quality and value for money. You don't have to buy extra food from restaurants. The mess food is also of good quality. As we are in a medical college, there are no worries about medical facilities. There is an annual sports meet held every year with athletic events, cricket, football, and many other games. There is also an intercollege competition where participants come from other colleges. The playground has good lighting and grass.
Faculty: The KGMU faculty is very talented and experienced. All faculty members are ranked among the top doctors in India in their respective fields. I want to mention one of our alumni, Dr. Naresh Trehan, owner of the Medanta group of hospitals, who is also the personal doctor of our president. Our faculty is so skillful that they deliver every medical concept in an extraordinary way. The MBBS curriculum is relevant and essential to becoming a good doctor. Apart from terminal exams and award-leaving tests, there is a professional exam (semester exam) held every year at the end of the year, which is very demanding. The passing percentage is 50 percent, but all students who come here after clearing UP NEET with good marks can clear the exams.
Other: Since childhood, I have heard that doctors are like a shadow of God. So, in class 11, I decided to become a doctor, and after clearing UP NEET, I landed here at KGMU. As my college is prestigious and located in the capital of UP, there is a heavy patient load in OPD and IPD. The trauma center is the second largest in India, so you can learn many skills from the high patient load and the variety of diseases and clinical cases, which might be lacking in peripheral medical colleges. The powerful extravaganza event named Rhapsody is held every year at our college. Rhapsody is a 3-day event, and on the last day, we invite a celebrity for a star night. Our event, Rhapsody, is very famous among other medical colleges.
