Candidate pass with mentioned aggregate marks or equivalent grades prescribed by UGC in the Master's Degree in MBA or M.Com or MIB or MFC or equivalent or Completed Company Secretary (CS) with 55% marks from Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) or Completed Chartered Accountancy (CA) with 55% marks from 'The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India' (ICAI) subject.

Candidate who has completed 1-year/2-semester master's degree in MBA or M.Com or MIB or MFC or equivalent programme with a minimum of 55% aggregate marks or equivalent grades prescribed by UGC after a 4-year/8-semester bachelor’s degree is also eligible.

If an institute has conversion factor of 9.5 then CGPA of 7.5 will not result in 75% marks and hence such a candidate will not be eligible.

A relaxation of 5% marks or its equivalent grade may be allowed for those belonging to SC or ST or OBC (non-creamy layer) or Differently-Abled, Economically Weaker Section (EWS) and other categories of candidates as per the decision of the Commission from time to time.
