MAKAUT University accepts both merit and entrance based exam scores. The university conducts CET exam in June for admission to courses such as BSc, MSc, BBA and BCA courses. MAKAUT conducts JEMAT for admission to MBA and MHA courses. No, admission to MAKAUT is based on entrance exams for courses such as BTech. Candidates wanting to get admission to MAKAUT for BTech must qualify West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations (WBJEE) exam and WBJEE Counselling.
