Good infrastructure and facilities.

Placements: The placement for water resource engineering is not that good, except for LnT and recruitment in engineering colleges. Though the alumni got themselves placed in reasonably good places. Some go for higher studies and some prepare for government jobs. Many got recruited as assistant executive engineers in state government through Orissa Public Service Commission. Many made it to the top IITs to pursue PhD.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure is very good with all top-class facilities and scope of good research. The labs and classrooms are well furnished. The hostels are well maintained. The quality of food is good and many options are available. Located in a serene and calm place Rourkela with all the modern facilities for studies, gym, sports field and other facilities, this place is ideal to study.

Faculty: The faculty members are very good with high academic qualifications. They go out of the way to help the students and encourage them to learn more and more. They are very good mentors and the quality of teaching is excellent. The course curriculum satisfied all the M.Tech requirements and helped us a lot to clear various interviews.

Everything is good in our college except placements for the dual degree in except CSE department.

Placements: It's very difficult for the water resources engineering students to get placed. Only dual degree CSE department students will get placed easily, while for others, it's very difficult to get placed in potential and core companies. Most of the analytics offer business analyst and software developer roles.

Infrastructure: Classrooms and other facilities in our college were very good than any other college. The hostel is very spacious and sufficient for normal students. There will be no infrastructure issues in our college. But the food served is very bad, so students have to adjust a lot.

Faculty: Faculty members in our college were very qualified and experienced. They were helpful only when you show interest. As far as the course curriculum is concerned, students can manage their timings. In the first year, there is a huge crowd, which will not be in the coming years. So students should mostly focus on the first year.

Other: Our college organises numerous events, fests, etc., and just participation plays the role.
