Candidates seeking admission to five-year integrated LLB courses through MH CET Law need to fulfill the following eligibility criteria:

• Candidates must be Indian citizens.
• They should have passed the Senior Secondary School Examination/ Intermediate Examination/ 12^th Board Examination from any recognised educational institution under the state board or national board of education. 
• Moreover, they must have secured 45% marks in aggregate in the qualifying exam.
• If belonging to SC/ ST category of Maharashtra state, then the minimum marks required are 40% as per relaxation in aggregate marks. Candidates belonging to VJNT, SBC and OBC categories in Maharashtra need a minimum of 42% in their qualifying exam to take MHCET Law 2025 exam for 5-year LLB.
• As per the age limit criteria, candidates should be at least 20 years old at the time of admission. However, in case of candidates belonging to OBC, SC, ST categories of Maharashtra state, the age limit is 22 years minimum at the time of admission.

MH CET Law 3-Year LLB Eligibility Criteria 2025:

• The candidates must have passed the graduation exam in any discipline.
