IIT Delhi Cutoff 2012: Category-Wise Ranks

For 2022, the cut off was 2925 for General category candidates in All India quota for BTech in Engineering Physics in IIT Delhi. In addition, for the female candidates of the General category under All India quota, 6738 was the closing rank. Further, the BTech cut off varies depending on the category and domicile/quota of the applicant.

For CSE admission at IIT Gandhinagar, the last round closing rank stood at 2020. Therefore, regardless of the branch you get, IIT Delhi and IIT Bombay are also considered to be better options due to their brand value, academics, and placements. 

In case your preference is only CSE, IIT Gandhinagar is not a bad option, as it is also known for its academics and faculty. Plus the CSE branch has better placement opportunities. The 2022 year cutoff ranks for BTech in Energy Engineering at IIT Delhi other than General category was - 1910 for OBC, 1108 for SC, 627 for ST, and 573 for EWS.
