GITAM (Deemed to be University) will conduct the GAT 2026 selection process after conducting the exams. GAT 2026 exam will be conducted in multiple sessions. Only candidates will qualify GAT exam will be able to appear for the GAT 2026 counselling and personal interview rounds. The GAT 2026 selection process consists of an entrance exam, a personal interview, and counselling.

GAT 2026 Selection Criteria
- Candidates are shortlisted for the personal interview round based on their score in admission test score. Participants with low admission test score and poor application are rejected.
- Candidates having valid score in any of the examination score- MAT, GMAT, CAT, XAT, ATMA, CMAT or NMAT for MBA admissions will be exempted from taking GAT
- The shortlisted candidates are then screened in a Personal Interview and other qualitative parameters.

GAT results 2026 will be announced soon after the exam for each phase is conducted. Candidates who will appear for the exam will be able to download their scorecard online when released. The GAT scorecard 2026 is released at gitam.edu. GAT exam 2026 will be held in mutiple phases. On release of the GAT 2026 results, candidates will be able to check the following details on the scorecard:
- Name of the candidate
- Candidate’s roll number
- GAT 2026 total score
- Result announcement date
Qualified candidates will be able to appear for the GAT counselling process when conducted. Candidates will not be issued the physical copy of the GAT 2026 results. Candidates must ensure to download the scorecard online.
No, candidates will not be required to fill separate GAT application form to apply for different courses. With a single GAT application form candidates can apply for UG or PG courses they wish to apply for. Candidats can apply for Architecture, Engineering, Humanities, Law, Management, Nursing, Paramedical, Pharmacy, Physiotherapy and Sciences courses offered at GITAM Visakhapatnam, Hyderabad and Bengaluru campuses.

GAT Result 2026
GITAM University will announce GAT result 2026 for each phase after the exam is administered. Candidates who will take the exam on D-day will be able to download scorecard upon its release. In order to download the scorecard, candidates will have to enter their login details on result link. Shortlisted candidates will be called for gorup discussion and personal interview round.
