Absolutely satisfied with the college environment and facilities.
Placements: The placement percentage is 88%. Most of them got placed with low annual packages. Most of them try for other jobs. Mainly TCS arrives for placements. The average salary package offered is 3 LPA. Placements are offered to students in the computer science branch. Other branch placements are very low. Internship opportunity starts from the 7th semester onwards. The highest salary package offered in 2018 was 13 LPA.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is quite average. The football grounds are very small. There is a basketball court, a volleyball court, etc. They are not maintained well. Facilities in the college are good but in the hostel especially in the boys' hostel, the building infrastructure is very bad. It lacks basic facilities like toilets. The fee is very high compared to the facilities. The food in the college hostel is not worthy it. The campus has Wi-Fi, labs and the library. They are also good. There is a gym facility in the college, but it is not maintained well. All the equipment is rusty.
Faculty: Teachers are friendly to students. The teaching quality is very good in the electronics branch but they have very poor experience than other branches. The pass percentage in the last year was 82%. The course curriculum makes students capable of industry. Semester exams are very difficult.
Other: I chose this course in this college because the facility rating and the course curriculum are better in the electronics branch compared to others. Events and programs in this college are limited. Events should be organised by students so that there will not be any help from faculty members. It is a major problem in this college. There are a limited number of events.

Good placement in 2022. Excellent and qualified faculty.
Placements: All major companies like IBM, Infosys, and TCS visited the college in 2022 and recruited more than 300 students. Internships in all major companies are provided.
Infrastructure: The college has an excellent infrastructure. This is the only college in the are with a laser engraver and a three-axis 3D printer. There are total four grounds in the campus for cricket, basketball, football. and volleyball. Hostels are really neat with 24x7 Wi-Fi connection.
Faculty: The faculty of the college is excellent. It is a KTU based college. The course curriculum makes students industry ready. Semester exams are easy if students study regularly.

Really good college with eco-friendly atmosphere.
Placements: The placement of college of engineering Chengannur is very good and many students got placement. The average placement package is about 3.5 LPA. There is a student placement cell called training and placement cell which helps students to get placed in good companies.
Infrastructure: The college has got an eco-friendly campus with hostel and canteen. There are basketball, volleyball, and two badminton courts. Board games and indoor games are also available. There many laboratories and machinery for mechanical labs. A unique gymnasium is present in our college and a musical club is also there.
Faculty: Teachers are really good and inspiring to score better marks. The semester exams are good if you work hard. The exams are under Kerala Technical University. Teachers and professors are really qualified. The teaching quality is really good.

The college is located near Chengannur town, and it provides a good education.
Placements: About 43% of students placed. Salary packages vary from 3 LPA to 7 LPA. TCS, SOTI, and Wipro are the main recruiting companies. Most of the roles are software engineer, software assistants, etc. It's difficult to find ECE core jobs. More jobs are available for computer engineers.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is not available on campus. Labs and classrooms are now upgraded to Hitech. There is a huge library facility, including an IEEE section. There are four floors in the college. Facilities are not good. The food available in the mess and canteen is not good.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful, and the quality of teaching is excellent. Semester exams are sometimes difficult, but sometimes they're not that difficult. The pass percentage is 45 marks out of 100. We have two internal assessments worth 15 marks each. We have to gain 24 marks to pass.

A good college with ease of access, student friendly and no politics within the campus.
Placements: College offers average placements and most of the recruiters are IT companies like TCS, Wipro, Infosys etc. College also runs a training and placement organized by a group of students and TPO which coordinates all the placement related activities. On campus and off campus placements are available with TPC.
Infrastructure: College offers both men and women hostel for the students. Men hostel is located above Nila restaurant and located very near to the college (just 50 metres). Food facility is not available. College also has various lab equipped with modern machinery for the practicals and a well disciplined library with a good collection of books and journals.
Faculty: The faculty members in College of Engineering Chengannur is well experienced and almost all senior faculty members and HODs has an experience of more than 10+ years in teaching. I studied under CUSAT university and the syllabus and curriculum is regular and make students industry oriented in learning and now the college is under KTU university.
Other: College is located in Chengannur town and ease of access to all facilities like railway station, bus station, shopping etc. ! Since it is a government financing college, it hosts a variety of events like arts, sports etc. organised by the students.
