IIEST Shibpur - Indian Institute of Engineering Science and Technology will release 6-8 rounds of JEE Main cutoffs for admission to B.Tech. The cutoffs will be released on a rolling basis, and the seats will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. The cutoffs will be based on the following factors:

• The JEE Main score of the candidate
• The category of the candidate
• The number of seats available in the course

Candidates must visit the official website of entrance exam to read clear instructions on how to proceed with the counselling process, once the round is released.

The Opening and Closing rank depends on the category and quota of candidates. For General category under all India, opening rank was 10576 and closing rank was 14054. Cut offs are different when it comes to other categories or female candidates and even domicile of home state. In All India, opening and closing rank for female candidates was 17061 and 18915. Admission to BTech in Computer Science and Technology in IIEST Shibpur - Indian Institute of Engineering Science and Technology is based on the scores obtained in the entrance exam JEE. NIT Manipur JEE Main cutoff 2024 has been released for admission to the BTech courses. During the Round 1 cutoff, the closing rank for CSE was 25886 for the General category students under the AII India Quota. Among OBC candidates, the closing rank for B.Tech. in Computer Science and Engineering stood at 8750. IIEST Shibpur JEE Main cutoff 2025 has been concluded for admission to the BArch and BTech specialisations. The cutoff was concluded in a few rounds, for different categories belonging to the All India quota. Among the General AI category candidates, the closing ranks varied between 646 and 81700. Therefore, it is possible to get admission to the college at 500 rank in a few specialisations. A few specialisations available at this rank are BTech CSE or BArch course too.
