IIT Madras JEE Advanced cutoff 2024 was concluded for different courses such as BTech, Integrated BTech and BS. The cutoff for the General AI category candidates closed at a range of 159 and 10682. During 2023, the cutoff ranks for the same was closed at a range of 148 and 11185. IIT Madras admissions are entrance exam based. Candidates need to clear the National-level entrance exams for admissions to various courses. For MBA admissions, candidates should have a valid CAT score to appear for CAT Counselling. Based on IIT Madras cut off for MBA, candidates can get admission as per their corresponding rank. At the time of CAT application candidates also need to submit the application fee on the portal. 

For MBA, students cannot get direct entry to DoMS IIT Madras. There is a rigorous selection criteria set for the same which is inclusive of a valid score in CAT exam, students' past academic performance, performance in PI round, etc. For E-MBA and PGPEX-VLM, however, admission is offered based on the score in the entrance exam conducted by the institute.

 Yes, IIT Madras is good for Masters' programme. During IIT Madras placements 2022, the highest package offered was INR 22 LPA. On the other hand, the average package stood at INR 13.98 LPA. 

The basic eligibility criteria for admission to the various courses offered at IIT Madras is Class 12 with a minimum of 75%. The accepted entrance exams are JEE Main,  JEE Advanced, and others. Hence, admission will be granted or not depends on the entrance exam scores and ranks. 

To seek admission to the BTech programme offered at IIT Madras, candidates need to visit the official website of the National Testing Agency (NTA) and fill out the application form in online mode for JEE Main. For other courses such as MSc, MTech, BS-MS (Dual Degree) etc., candidates must visit the official website of the respective national-level entrance exam conducting bodies and fill out the application form in online mode.
