Our college is excellent.
Placements: In our college, top IT companies are coming for placements. The highest salary package offered is 32 LPA. Top MNCs like Cognizant, Zoho, L&T, etc., are recruiting large numbers of employees for their companies. Many IT and CSE students are placed with high salary packages. Students of non-circuit branches are placed at maximum for general offers. Some of them are placed with high salary packages. Face Academy trains us for placements.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is available every time and anywhere inside the campus. The hostel serves vegetarian food and they are average. Labs are sophisticated and have high-level equipment. Classrooms are good with wooden desks and green boards. The hostel day makes hostelers enjoy themselves with a DJ. Warden in the hostel is strict but kind.
Faculty: In our college, teaching is excellent and it is explained using a smart board which is extremely useful for understanding lectures. Sometimes, they bring us to labs and make us go through hands-on training. They also provide us with internships inside the college. Teachers are very talented and they teach us many things beyond the syllabus. They make us more responsible and prepare us to face future issues.
Other: I chose this course because of my dream. These college labs are very helpful for me to learn deeply about our course. Many competitions are held for students to encourage them to design and innovate on their core topics. Sports events, music concerts, and many guest lectures are conducted to motivate students.

Our college provides good placements but does not have value for money.
Placements: Placements are provided with salary packages of 3 LPA - 5 LPA in our course. Top recruiting companies are IT companies. Many projects are offered in our department in which students can join. Faculty members help students. Our college provides good placements in IT companies.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is average for our course. The quality of food served in the hostel is poor. Sports and games are not conducted often. PET faculty members are available but they don't help students with any competitions.
Faculty: Teachers are less helpful in our department. They are less in number. The course curriculum is relevant and makes students ready for the industry. Semester exams are not difficult. There is no transparency of evaluation as they fail for no reason even if students write well.
Other: Our college does not conduct any refreshing events but wants to collect money for small work. It does not have value for money. I recommend this college for students who want to enjoy college life and get placed in IT jobs.

Overall, the experience in the college is good.
Placements: REC has a good placement record amidst the pandemic. But as an aeronautical student, I would rate it just a 3 on 5 as you don't get any core companies to recruit you. You will anyway be placed in an IT which will have no relevance to what you have studied in all 4 years.
Infrastructure: The college was established in the 90s. So there is not much you can expect about the infrastructure. You have the same old buildings and the old benches. Although the college is taking necessary measures to indulge new education techniques. I would rate it 3 on 5.
Faculty: The quality of the faculty members is very good in our college. But during the pandemic, a lot of good professors had left the college and now the quality is comparatively very low. Otherwise, the curriculum and the lab facilities are good. The way in which the exams are conducted is also very genuine.

This college is good at its infrastructure, placements and quality of education.
Placements: Around 75% of students got placed in various companies. Most of them were CTS, TCS and Wipro. Some students were placed in Zoho, Ganit, etc. The highest salary package offered for students who got placed is 8 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered is 3 LPA. The average salary package offered is 4.5 LPA. I am not sure about core placements here.
Infrastructure: This college provides a good environment and infrastructure. It has a basketball court, football turf and ground. This college has an indoor auditorium and stadium, library, Wi-Fi hotspot and 4 canteens which serve moderate quality food. Medical facilities are available in emergency cases.
Faculty: Most of the teachers here are well educated, and they're experts in their own field. They keep themselves updated on recent development in research and technologies of their own field. They guide students with extra knowledge for students' future welfare.

A good college. Nice campus. Quality of education isn't bad.
Placements: 80% of the students are placed. Maximum package offered in IT field was around 9LPA. Some of the recruiters are Zoho, Infosys, Hyundai, TCS, Cognizant, Accenture, Ashok Leyland, Ernst And Young, BYJUs, Renault-Nissan, etc. The students who are placed are currently pursuing Internships at the same companies. Most of the roles offered to the students are Data Analyst posting.
Infrastructure: Avionics lab, Aerodynamics Lab, Propulsion Lab, a well functioning CAD lab with all the important Software. A department Library with all the necessary books for Aeronautical Engineering. They're also useful in preparation for gate. Quality of food in the Canteen is abysmal.
Faculty: Qualified. The staffs provide adequate information on the subject that they're handling. Very few staffs have doctorate. The subjects taught are relevant to the department, but the staffs do no have much insights on the subject without a book. The semester exams are easy to crack when sufficient preparation time is provided.
Other: To become an A.M.E. engineer.

REC is good, but aeronautical department is not.
Placements: The placements are good compared to many other private colleges, Wipro, TCS, IBM, John, BYJUs, Sutherland and TVS. The packages from 2 Lacs per annum to 10 Lacs per annum are offered. The placement department tries the best to make everyone gets placed in an IT company, not all get placed in core field. Good placements are there for IT and CSE students, for others, it is not much. The college people are not open-minded and don't respect the opinion of students too.
Infrastructure: The college has good infrastructure in all new buildings, a lot of vegetarian varieties are available to eat at an affordable price. A lot of blocks are there, food in the canteen is not good, but in food stalls, it is okay. Non-vegetarian is not allowed. The college is too far and doesn't allow students to leave the campus on the students will.
Faculty: The faculty are good, not the best teaching style but provides enough knowledge to get through the semester and aeronautical department in my college is the worst. The HOD of college treats students like slaves, but no one takes action. They force students with their knowledge and experience alone. They don't allow the students to take a new initiative.
Other: The college events are not that great. There are no open-minded staff and higher officials.

The college is good for hard-working students.
Placements: IT and CSC stream have the considerable placement. In aeronautical, TCS is the only company recruiting that to only six members got placements with the salary of 25K per month. Wipro includes the interview process but no history that they selected in the aero stream. The other companies like Just dial and Uber offer the jobs in the marketing sectors. Overall, at the end of the college, almost 90% of the students got placed. TCS is the only company a mass recruiter, and Zoho, Amazon, L&T, Ashok Leyland are a few companies visited the campus to hire the students. Zoho is providing the internship for IT and CSE students by the certain tests and process. The stipend offered to the students is 15K per month.
Infrastructure: The college is enabled with Jio Wi-Fi, and the students can use up to 1 GB for one mobile number. There are two canteens, UG and PG canteens. There is CCD, Frankie, Aavin, and mart shops on the campus. There is a separate hostel for boys and girls. The college will support you for the sports, but the time for practising and training is after 3 pm that is the end of the classes.
Faculty: The faculty members helpful and well-qualified, but they show lits of partiality. Every semester, you get maximum of one industrial exposure, and in between at 6-semester, you get training in IIT Kanpur for 15 days. The syllabus is outdated, and it is not to the current trend.
Other: You are not allowed to roam inside the college campus during the class hours, and you won't be able to buy food during the class hours, and it is only available during the break hours that is the childish thing. If the state government declare leaves during the rainy seasons, but the college will be operating that time and the public holidays will be compensated on Saturday. You are not allowed to enter the college campus after 8 AM, and you have to go back home. If you, unfortunately, pay the extra amount of the fee payment, they won't refund quickly it nearly take 30-45 days to refund. The college is slower than the government organisation.

Completely annoying because of faculty and no core placement in any departments.
Placements: In 2018 batch, 379 members are placed in TCS(TATA CONSULTANCY SERVICE) and 12 placed in Wipro. Many companies like Amazon, Zoho, kaar Technologies, SpiralUp Solutions, doodleblue, SysTech Solution, SAP Labs, Sanmina, ZoomRx, Slice Pay, Mphasis, PayPal, Virtusa, MBIT wireless, LYNK Logistics, L&T InfoTech visit the college. The drive is until nov 30. Zoho offers internship stipend ranging from 12k-15k. The last year, i.e., 2017 batch, about 655 students were placed in TCS. Due to trump storm in the USA, the intake is reduced. In our college, IT and CSC department are placing almost 90% of the students, but in the aeronautical department, only 5 are placed in the companies out of 53.
Infrastructure: The college has good infrastructure. The facilities like Jio Wi-Fi throughout the college campus, two floors of the library, considerable lab facilities of midrange instruments, and two main canteens are present at UG and PG campus, and also a CCD, hut cafe, Tibbs Frankie, Gavin are present inside the campus. Staggered waters surround the whole campus. In the first year, the toilet, tables, classrooms will look good, further on moving to next years your classroom will look poor and had worst washrooms.
Faculty: The faculty are very friendly, and lab assistants will be very friendly than faculty members. 2017 batch undergoes autonomous syllabus, and the old syllabus is not up to date for today trending and scenarios, in the aero department more partiality is shown where you finish the work or not. The pet students score good mark even though he/she failed in internal exams.
Other: The faculty members in the aeronautical department show partiality towards some of the students. Even if a person tries to study and finish the assignment on time, he is not rewarded unless he is faculty's pet. Students are not allowed to bunk the classes of subjects which they hate. Non-veg food is not available on the campus. If you miss the college bus, then it's very hard to reach the college by public transportation. If you delay the fees payment, too much of fine is imposed. It is not a mere Rs. 10 but 1.2 lakhs and it's pretty hard and time taking process for middle-class families.

Hi Harshada, Yes, you can. The board of examination does not matter and your scores should be good. You may refer www.annauniv.edu for more updates regarding admissions. All the best!
