Rajalakshmi engineering college is a really good college.

Placements: Rajalakshmi Engineering College is the best college in Tamil Nadu. This college placement result is very good. This college conducts more placement training classes. So all students gain more knowledge. All students get good jobs in campus interviews. The average package is 3–7 lakhs per year.

Infrastructure: Rajalakshmi Engineering College's infrastructure is very beautiful. This college environment is very nice. A larger number of courses and classrooms are available for this college. Library and laboratory facilities are also available at this college. A separate hostel for boys and girls with medical facilities is also available for this college. Mess food is good.

Faculty: Rajalakshmi Engineering College faculty members are very friendly. And these college professors have completed more degrees so they are more knowledgeable people. They teach very easily so all students understand the lessons quickly and get marks in semester exams. In my batch, all students passed all exams.

Other: This college sports facility has a good low-fee structure. Good placement, college. So, I recommend this college.

Really good enough college, except the hostel.

Placements: 90% of the students get placed in top companies, and they are providing separate training for the placements and also company-specific training for TCS, L&T, and Accenture. The highest package is up to INR 20 LPA, the average is INR 4 LPA, and the lowest package is INR 3 LPA. Ashok Leyland, Mahindra, and Hyundai are the top recruiting companies.

Infrastructure: 1. Lab facilities are very good, with a well-equipped lab, and classrooms also have a clean, neat environment with a smart TV, and the library has about 30 thousand books with the Wi-Fi facility. 2. The hostel is not comfortable enough for students.

Faculty: 1. Yes, the teachers are helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable; many of them are doctorate holders. 2. Yes, the curriculum is relevant to the syllabus, and they will provide industrial visits regularly. 3. The exams are well suited for the students with three internals.

Our college provides good placements based on your studies. It is the best college for day scholars.

Placements: Placements are excellent if you work hard in your core mechanical field. CS and IT students are placed if they have no standing arrears. They provide 100% placement for IT branches. About 80% of students get placements in core branches. Placements are based on your studies. You must have a good CGPA. For the mechanical branch, around 100 to 150 companies are coming for placements. Daimler is coming for placements, which is one of the top automobile companies.

Infrastructure: The hostel is not good. There is no leave or on-duty time for the hosteller. You can't take extra leave to go to your home town. If you take additional leave at the hostel, you will be added to the blacklist and will not be allowed out for 30 days. Classrooms and lab facilities are fine. The hostel food is not good. Only vegetarian food is served in the mess and canteen. Non-vegetarian food is not available inside the campus. Boys can order food on Saturday night. Girls can order food on Sunday afternoons.

Faculty: Faculty members are mostly experienced, except for the newly added departments. Our course curriculum is up-to-date, so you can learn new things. Exams are conducted often. The pass percentage is 50 for the semester exam and it is 30 out of 60 marks for internals.

Other: If you are a day scholar, this college is best for your studies. There is no monthly cultural event and only one cultural event per year. Enjoyment is totally in your hands. Many rules and regulations. You can't use mobile phones inside the classrooms. If you use a mobile phone, it will be seized for 4 months.

Choose this college only for placements.

Placements: There are 80-90% of students placed in mechanical course. Lowest package offered is 2.5-3 LPA and the highest is 9 LPA. Ashokleyland and hyundai came for the placements. 50-60% of students got the internships too. A designer is one of the top role of mechanical course.

Infrastructure: There are many canteens in my college and free Wi-Fi also provided in the hostel and the college. There are three libraries and three mechanical labs. Quality of food is better and it's a vegetarian college. 24 hours medical facilities are available and Sports facilities are provided too.

Faculty: Yes, the teachers are highly skilled but they should be more cooperative so that the students can easily solve their doubts and understand them better, chemistry plays a role in it. Semester exams are easy to pass, internals as well. If you are scoring 50 or above out of 100, then you are pass.

Other: I chose mechanical for the reason, as I have interest in designing. It helped me improve my computer skills. Everything is good .

Good infrastructure and placement opportunities.

Placements: I am pursuing mechanical engineer final year. In our batch nearly 60% to 70% eligible students get placed. The highest package here is 8 LPA. Mostly everyone focus on IT companies. TCS is the top recruiter. For some companies the internship has started.

Infrastructure: The facilities and infrastructure are very good. Wi-Fi is available all over the campus. Library maintenance is good. But in hostel major drawback is food, the quality of food is below average. It's pure vegetarian college. Sports and medical facilities are very good.

Faculty: If we came to teaching, they provide a quality content. If we got failed in internal exam they keep special class and training the students. In internal exam for 50 pass mark is 25. The lab facilities also good. Teachers are very friendly.

Other: They provide scholarship from the government for financially struggling students.
