CEED Application form has a series of steps that candidates must complete to complete the CEED 2027 Registration Process. If a candidate fails to complete any step, the application process will be incomplete and the candidate will not be required to sit in the CEED Entrance Exam. Check the steps in detail.

CEED Application forms are for candidates who want to pursue design courses from IITs. CEED Application is for M.Des and PhD candidates. The application is released by IIT Bombay at ceed.iitb.ac.in. CEED 2027 Application form will be released on October 01, 2026 for PG programmes in design. The application fee for CEED will be INR 2,000 for female and SC/ST and PwD candidates. INR 4,000 is the application fee for General and OBC category for CEED Registration.

Candidates are requested to fill the CEED Application form after going through the CEED Eligibility Criteria. For CEED 2027 Exam, candidates must have completed a degree/diploma/post graduate degree programme of a minimum THREE years (after 10+2 level), or must be appearing for the final examination of such a programme by July 2027, or must have passed the GD Arts diploma programme (10+5 level) by July 2027.

CEED Entrance Exam will be conducted on January 17, 2027.

CEED will have two parts - Part A and Part B. Part A will be conducted as a computer-based test. Part B will be conducted offline. Candidates will be provided with answer booklets by the invigilator, where they have to enter their answers.

How to fill CEED Application Form 2027?

1. Register Online for CEED: Candidates have to register for CEED by entering email ID, name, date of birth, gender, address and mobile number. Also, candidates are required to create a password for the newly created applicant account.

2. Go through eligibility for CEED 2027: Once registration is complete, he/she will be redirected to an Eligibility Check for CEED 2027 window. In the login window, enter the following details:

Passing year
Mobile number

On successful verification, the candidate can move to the next step.

5. Pay CEED application fee: To complete the application process, one has to pay the application fee. The fee can be paid in online mode, using net banking, debit or credit cards.

Instructions for Filling the CEED Form 2027

Documents	Instructions
Photograph	File containing your recent (within the last 6 months) colour photograph (.jpg file) as per the dimensions.
Signature	A clear image of your signature (.jpg file).
Degree and Certificates	Scanned copy of your degree/diploma certificate (.pdf file), if the course is completed. If you do not have the final degree certificate, please upload a copy of the final year mark list or the provisional certificate. If the course is not completed, upload a certificate from the Principal of your college/Head of the Department in the format given.
EWS/SC/ST/OBC-NCL Certificates (If applicable)	Candidates applying under the EWS/SC/ST/OBC-NCL category must produce valid category certificates (.pdf file) issued by appropriate authorities. EWS/OBC-NCL certificates issued on or after April 1, 2026, are accepted for CEED examination. If selected for admission, the candidates must produce a category certificate valid during the following year, i.e., issued on or after April 1, 2026.
UDID (Unique Disability ID) card/certificate (If applicable)	Candidates applying under the physical disability (PwD) category should produce a valid UDID (Unique Disability ID) card/certificate
Documents for Scribe Service	PwD candidates who require the services of a scribe during CEED 2027 exam must upload a certificate, if applicable. They must also write a request letter as per the guidelines in the brochure.
