GUJCET 2026 Passing Marks
The total marks in GUJCET 2026 are 120, and there are NO PASSING MARKS set by GSEB. Although there are no passing marks in GUJCET, candidates should try to score good marks for admission to top colleges.
A score of 100+ is excellent, often needed for top-tier colleges like Nirma University or GEC Gandhinagar, while 60-79 is considered average.
Note that admission to GUJCET colleges is not solely based on the GUJCET 2026 score. The class 12 board exam marks will also matter. Admission via GUJCET will be based on the merit list prepared by giving 50:50 weightage to the class 12 theory percentile in the subjects Physics, Chemistry and Maths/Biology and GUJCET Percentile. Whereas, 5% seats of the sanctioned intake of Government and Grant-in-Aid Institutions will be filled using the merit list drawn based on JEE Main 2026 All India rank.
