KCET 2022 round 1 seat allotment result - Karnataka Examination Authority has released the KCET seat allotment 2022 round 1. Applicants appearing for the counselling process can now check their KCET 2022 seat allotment round 1 at kea.kar.nic.in. To check the KCET round 1 result 2022, applicants will be required to enter their CET application number. The last date to exercise options for KCET seat allotment 2022 is October 30.

Q:   When will the results of the KCET exam be declared?

The exam body Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA) will declare KCET 2026 results online at the official website. Applicants appeared in the exam will be able to check their results by using their login credentials - user ID and password. 

Q:   What is the next stage after KCET result?
A:

The exam authority commenced KCET counselling process at the official website. Applicants declared qualified are eligible to participate in the KCET counseling process. Candidates first need to complete the KCET 2024 counselling registration followed by choice filling and locking. After the conclusion of the choice filling process, the exam authority will release the KCET 2024 seat allotment result. Applicants for allotted seats have to report to the institute for complete fee payment and document verification.  

Q:   Do all candidates have to appear in KCET Kannada language exam?
A:

No, only candidates from Horanadu & Gadinadu Kannadiga have to appear in the KCET 2025 Kannada language exam. The minimum passing marks for all Horanadu and Gadinadu Kannadiga candidates shall be 12 out of 50 marks in Kannada Language Examination conducted by KEA in order to be considered for assignment of ranks and to become eligible for allotment of seats in CET exam. KCET Kannada Language Test paper 2025 will be of 4th Standard Level.

No, KCET is not mandatory for candidates to apply for New Horizon College of Engineering Bangalore BE admissions.

The institute can select candidates based on merit in Class 12 board exams or the KCET scores if the candidate wishes to apply through them.

KCET 2026 registrations are open and candidates can submit their applications till Feb 17, 2026. The exam is scheduled for Apr23, 2026 and Apr24, 2026. The COMEDK UGET 2026 exam will be conducted on May 9, 2026. Either of these exams are required to take admission in SDM- Institute of Technology
