KCET 2022 round 1 seat allotment result - Karnataka Examination Authority has released the KCET seat allotment 2022 round 1. Applicants appearing for the counselling process can now check their KCET 2022 seat allotment round 1 at kea.kar.nic.in. What after KCET 2022 round 1 seat allotment result? 

After the seat allotment result, applicants will be able to exercise options for seats allotted in round 1 from October 28 to 30. The exam authority will start the KCET counselling process at the official website. Applicants declared qualified will be eligible to participate in KCET counseling process. Candidates first need to complete KCET counselling registration followed by choice filling and locking. After the conclusion of the choice filling process, the exam authority will release the KCET seat allotment result. Applicants for allotted seats have to report to the institute for complete fee payment and document verification.  

Q:   Do all candidates have to appear in KCET Kannada language exam?

No, only candidates from Horanadu & Gadinadu Kannadiga have to appear in the KCET 2025 Kannada language exam. The minimum passing marks for all Horanadu and Gadinadu Kannadiga candidates shall be 12 out of 50 marks in Kannada Language Examination conducted by KEA in order to be considered for assignment of ranks and to become eligible for allotment of seats in CET exam. KCET Kannada Language Test paper 2025 will be of 4th Standard Level.

Yes, KEA allows request for re-evaluation/re-checking after the declaration of the results within three days. The exam authority also allows candidates to raise objections in the answers key. KEA has released the KCET answers key at the official website. Applicants could raise objections in the KCET answers key. After reviewing all the objections KEA has released the KCET final answers key along with the declaration of the result. The result of the KCET exam declared by KEA will be considered as final. Applicants are advised to keep their KCET scorecard safe till the conclusion of the admission process.

KCET is the main entrance exam for state quota seats. If you have a good JEE Main score, you can also apply for a management or NRI quota seat, or apply through COMEDK, which is another popular option in Karnataka. Each college may accept a different mix, so check individually.
