KEAM 2026

The Kerala Engineering, Architecture, and Medical Entrance Exam (KEAM) is a standardised admission procedure for various undergraduate courses offered at colleges in Kerala that are recognised and approved by Central and State Regulatory Bodies, Universities, and the Government. The Office of the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations is responsible for conducting KEAM. KEAM includes both an entrance test and a centralised counselling process (CAP). Candidates seeking admission to undergraduate engineering and pharmacy courses must register for KEAM, take the KEAM computer-based test, and participate in the CAP.

For admission to other courses such as medical, agriculture, forestry, veterinary, fisheries, and architecture, candidates must register for KEAM and participate in the KEAM centralised counselling process (CAP) with their relevant entrance exam scores (e.g., NEET and NATA) for admission to participating colleges.

Yes, you can get admission to Bedekar College with 66 percentile.

You can get a seat in Round 1 or Round 2 because a 66 percentile is higher than the minimum general cutoff range of 40 to 79.

Yes, in some cases. Many private engineering and arts colleges in Kerala also accept direct admission based on Class 12 marks under management quota. However, top government colleges and NITs strictly need KEAM or JEE scores, so check each college's own admission rule.
