Students are advised to check the campus-wise courses offered by the VIT campuses to prepare for the counselling and admission process. VITEEE 2025 Participating Campuses: Vellore Institute of Technology has released the information regarding the VITEEE 2025 participating campuses. Through the VITEEE 2025 scores, the students will be eligible for admissions into four campuses – Vellore, Chennai, AP and Bhopal. The major seat allotment factors are the student’s obtained VIT 2025 rank and preference of courses and campuses. The students will have to carefully select their preferred BTech course as per the campus that they wish to attend for their studies. The list of participating campuses of VITEEE 2025 along with the BTech courses offered has been released by the authorities. VITEEE 2025 Participating Campuses: Rank Eligibility
Students will have to meet the rank eligibility for admission into their preferred VIT campus.
- Students with a VITEEE 2025 rank between 1 to 1,00,000 will be eligible to apply for admission into all VIT campuses – Vellore, Chennai, AP and Bhopal.
- However, students with ranks above 1,00,000 will be eligible for BTech admissions into the VIT AP and Bhopal campuses.

VITEEE 2025 Counselling and Admission Process
To participate in the admission process, the qualified students will have to participate in the VITEEE 2025 counselling process. Candidates will be able to participate in the counselling process as per their obtained rank. During the counselling, the candidates will have to pay a non-refundable fee of INR 5900 and select their choice of course and campus in the order of preference. VIT 2025 seat allotment will be done based on the candidate’s rank, preferences, category and seat availability. All allotted candidates will have to confirm their admission before the final date, otherwise their allotment will be cancelled.
Scholarships at VIT Vellore are mainly offered based on merit. However, economically backward students are provided with need-based scholarships. Check below some of the VIT scholarships:

VITEEE-GVSDP Scholarship
The authorities offer scholarships to those students who secure top ranks in VITEEE 2025.
Yes. You can apply for admissions into the VIT Vellore campus with a rank of 10822 in VITEEE. Candidates with a rank between 1 and 1,00,000 will be eligible for admissions into the VIT Vellore/Chennai/Bhopal/Andhra Pradesh campuses. However, candidates with a rank above 1,00,000 will not be eligible for Vellore and Chennai campuses. These candidates can apply for admissions into the Bhopal and Andhra Pradesh campuses.
VIT Vellore offers scholarships in the form of tuition waivers and freeships. While merit scholarships are awarded to class toppers, economically challenged students are provided need-based financial assistance. Furthermore, NRI and foreign students are given scholarships upon presenting meritorious records. Students from rural backgrounds who secure top ranks in VITEEE at the district level (in Tamil Nadu only) are given free education. Check below the detail for some of the scholarships:
- GV School Development Programme (GVSDP) – Toppers of state/ central board along with VITEEE rank holders are given tuition fee waivers of 100% for up to four years. The table below shows the bifurcation of tuition fee waivers against the total merit:

VIT Bhopal provides several scholarships schemes for its students. These schemes are aimed to financially help students who have achieved good scores in any of the accepted entrance exams. Find below some of the scholarships provided by the university:
- Alumni of VIT Bhopal are eligible for a scholarship of INR 1,48,500 in the total tuition of INR 3,48,500
- Students with a percentile of 95 or above in CAT/ XAT/ GMAT are eligible for a full tuition fee waiver
- Those with a valid score of CAT/ XAT/ GMAT score of 90 percentile or above can avail 50% of TFW
- Students who have secured 70 percentile or above in MAT/ NMAT/ CMAT, etc. are eligible for a scholarship of INR 1,48,500 in the tuition fees of INR 3,48,500
- Those who have a valid NATA scorecard
