Yes, there are qualifying marks in RRB Group D exam. The qualifying marks for your and EWS categories are 40 and 30 for OBC (Non-Creamy Layer), SC, and ST. The selection process of RRB Group D comprises Computer Based Test,  Physical Efficiency Test (PET)/Physical Standard Test (PST), Document Verification and Medical Exam.
