RRB Group D Cut off 2022
RRB Group D Cut off 2022 was announced along with the result. RRB Group D cut off is the minimum qualifying marks that candidates need to secure at each stage of selection process. Candidates securing equal to or more than RRB Group D cut off are selected for the subsequent rounds of selection process. RRB Group D cut off 2022 was calculated based on the percentile-based normalisation.
RRB Group D is an excellent opportunity for candidates who wish to work in Indian Railways. A total of 1,03,769 RRB Group D vacancies will be filled. There are various level 1 posts that are included in this recruitment drive such as Track Maintainer Grade-IV, Helper/Assistant in various technical departments (Electrical, Mechanical, and S&T departments), Assistant Pointsman, etc.

Factors Affecting RRB Group D Cut Off
The cut off of RRB Group D is calculated based on the following factors:
- Number of test-takers
- The difficulty level of exam
- Number of vacancies
Calculation of RRB Group D Cut off using Percentile-Based Normalisation
Percentile-based normalisation of marks has been done to calculate the RRB Group D cut off. In Percentile-based normalisation, the marks obtained are transformed into a scale ranging from 100 to 0 for each shift of examinees. The percentile score indicates the percentage of candiates that have scored equal to or below that particular percentile in that examination. The percentile score of each candidate is converted into normalised marks by interpolation of raw marks into base shift to decide the RRB Group D cut off marks.

RRB Group D Previous Year Cut Off
RRB Group D 2018-19 exam was conducted from September 17 to December 17, 2018. Over 1.8 crore candidates had appeared for the exam that was conducted to fill up 62,907 posts. RRB Group-D Cut-Off 2018-19 along with result was released on March 4, 2019.
RRB Group D Region-Wise Cut off 2018-19
Railway Recruitment Board (RRBs) had released the RRB Group D Cut Off for Physical Efficiency Test (PET) based on their performance in the Computer Based Test (CBT). RRB Group D Result 2022
RRB Group D result is announced online by the RRBs. The result is available in PDF format and it displays the roll numbers of qualified candidates. The scorecard is released along with the result and candidates can access it by logging with user ID and password. Percentitle-based normalisation is used to calculate RRB Group D result.
RRB Group D Salary
The basic RRB Group D salary is INR 18,000. Besides, candidates are also entitled to various perks and allowances such as Dearness Allowance (DA), House Rent Allowance (HRA), Transport Allowance (TA), Allowance for Night Duty, Overtime Allowance (OTA), Travel Allowance (distance covered beyond 8 km), Fixed Conveyance Allowance, Conveyance Allowance (for Railway Doctors), Special Compensatory Allowances (to employees from Tribal and Scheduled Area), Special Allowance to Railway School Teachers, Special Allowance for employees’ child care, Allowance for women with disabilities, Medical Benefits, Pension Scheme etc. RRB Group D salary increases upto 25,000 after 10 years depending upon the various factors.
