RRB Group D 2025: The Railway Recruitment Boards (RRBs) announced RRB Group D 2025 exam dates. The CBT of Railway Group D will be conducted from July 26 to September 27, 2025. The Railway Group D exam schedule 2025 was announced on the official website in PDF form. RRB Group D admit card 2025 will be released from July 22, 2025 onwards. RRB Group D 2025 city intimation slip will be released from July 16, 2025, onwards.

The application status will be released soon. RRB Group D 2025 application status will display whether the application form of candidates was accepted or rejected. A total of 1.08 crore applications have been received for the RRB Group D 2025 exam. The highest number of applications was received from RRB Mumbai. The total number of applications received from this region is 15.59 lakhs.

You are not eligible to apply for the upcoming RRB Group D exam cycle. This is due to the age criteria of the RRB for the Group D exam. The age limit for the Indian Railways Group D exam is 33 years. The educational requirement states that applicants must hold a National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC) or have completed the equivalent of grade 10 or higher. The question paper of RRB Group D CBT is formulated in 15 languages Hindi English Urdu, Assamese, Bengali, Gujarati, Kannada, Konkani, Malayalam, Manipur, Marathi, Odia, Punjabi, Tamil and Telugu. The RRB paper, or Railway Recruitment Board paper, can be in various languages depending on the region or the specific examination. However, the majority of RRB papers are in the official language of the state in which the examination is taking place. For example, if the examination is taking place in Tamil Nadu, the paper is likely to be in Tamil. Likewise, if the exam is taking place in Kolkata, the language of the question paper will be in Bengali. Candidates can opt to choose the exam language while filling the application form.

To modify the community (SC/ST to your or OBC), candidates are required to pay INR 250 in addition of modification fee. The steps towards modifying the application form are given below: After final submission of RRB Group D application, in case the candidates wish to make minor changes to correct inadvertent errors in the application, the correction of data other than Railway, email and mobile number can be done by paying the modification fee of INR 100 (Non-Refundable) The modification fee shall be applicable to all candidates including fee concession categories and this fee is not refundable for any category. Q: How much application fees is refunded for RRB Group D exam?

Candidates who appear in the CBT exam are refunded their application fees. Candidates belonging to SC / ST/ ExSM/ PwBD/ Female/ Minority/EBC/Transgender categories will be entitled to get a full refund of their examination fees, which is INR 250. Whereas candidates belonging to General/EWS/OBC categories receive a partial refund of their examination fees, which is INR 400 after deducting the bank charges. To get the refund of application fee, candidates need to update their bank accounts. While, filling the application form candidates need to provide the details of their bank accounts inorder to get the fee refund.

After document verification in RRB Group D exam, candidates are called for a medical test. It is mandatory to clear the medical test to be considered for the recruitment exam. RRB Group D selection process comprises CBT, PET/PST, document verification and medical exam. The transgender candidates are given relaxation in the PET. CCAAs trained in railway establishment are given due weightage of marks obtained in their NCVT exam in preparation of final merit list after the conduct of CBT. Based on the performance of candidates in CBT subject to their qualifying in PER, candidates are called for document verification as per their merit and options. In case of two or more candidates secure same marks, their merit position is determined by age criteria i.e., older person is placed at higher merit and in case age is same, then alphabetical order (A to Z) of the name is taken into account to break the tie. Appointment of selected candidates is subject to their passing requisite Medical Fitness Test conducted by the Railway Administration, final verification of educational and community certificates and verification of antecedents/character of the candidates. All candidates clearing the DV are called for medical exam. RRBs/RRCs only recommend names of the empanelled candidates and appointment is offered only by the respective Railway Administrations.

Yes, there are qualifying marks in RRB Group D exam. The qualifying marks for your and EWS categories are 40 and 30 for OBC (Non-Creamy Layer), SC, and ST. These percentage of marks for eligibility may be relaxed by 2 per cent for PwBD candidates in case of shortage of PwBD candidates against vacancies reserved for them. Important Notice for CCAAs

The notice states that CCAAs of any trade trained in Railway Establishments can apply. CCAAs who have done training in Railway Establishments and have
National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC) granted by NCVT only are eligible. CCAAs having certificates issued by the Board/ Institute/Organization other than NCVT are not eligible. CCAAs trained in Railway Establishments, who have completed their training and possess National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC)
granted by NCVT should carefully fill the duration of training, certificate details, and marks in the online application. The candidates who have appeared in the NCVT examinations before the last date of online application result for which is not declared should fill date of last examination in the online application
