RRB Group D Exam Centres 2026: The Railway Recruitment Boards (RRBs) will release the RRB Group D city intimation slip around 10 days before the examination date. Group D call letter is released separately for each stage. The CBT hall ticket is released for all the registered candidates. The PET call letter is issued to candidates who qualify the CBT exam. Candidates will be able to download it by logging with the user ID and password. With the help of city slip, candidates will come to know the exam city that is allotted by the authority.
However, RRB Group D exam centre details for CBT along with the timings and dates are mentioned on the RRB Group D admit card. The city intimation slip does not authorise candidates to appear for the exam. Candidates are allowed to appear for the exam only if the RRB Group D admit card is issued.

RRB Group D Exam Centres 2026
Candidates will be required to choose RRB Group D exam centres while filling their application forms. Usually, RRBs allot exam centres as per the preferences given by the candidates. In case of a shortage of seats in a particular centre, candidates are allotted to the next available centre. RRB Group D CBT 1 admit card is released for candidates who successfully registered for the exam. As per RRB Group D admit card date, the hall ticket is made available four days before the exam. RRBs conduct PET after the first stage of CBT. Candidates who clear the PET are called for the document verification process and medical exam. Candidates need to download your RRB Group D admit card from the railway zone they have applied for the exam. The admit card can be downloaded by logging with the required credentials. Candidates need to carry the printed copy of their admit cards along with one photo-identify proof to the exam centre.
Candidates are required to fill the details of a valid Photo ID card in the application which they are required to bring in original as identity proof during CBT, PET, DV, Medical or any subsequent stages of exam. The valid Photo ID Card should be any one of the following:

Yes, candidates can change their states in the RRB Group D exam. This can be done by first choosing 'Application Modification' which is available in the home page of the registration portal. After candidates have chosen the preferred state, they need to pay a non-refundable fee of INR 100 for modifying the application. Once candidates have successfully paid the application fee they can make the necessary changes and then submit it. Please note that candidates will not be able to edit your registration number, email id, mobile number, and your zone. Candidates are required to fill the application form online. The application fee is INR 500 (for all candidates except the fee concession categories). The fee for PwBD/Female /Transgender/ Ex-Servicemen/SC/ST/Minority Communities/ Economically Backward Class is INR 250.
