The AILET 2026 application window is open at nationallawuniversitydelhi.in on August 07, 2025. The AILET 2026 is scheduled to be held on December 14, 2025 in offline mode at different test centres across India. The AILET 2026 admit card is expected to be out in November 2025. Only those candidates who fill out the AILET application form 2026 by the mentioned deadline will be allowed to appear for the exam.

AILET 2026 Application: Courses Offered

This year, NLU Delhi is offering admission to five courses through AILET 2026. These courses are listed below: 

• BA LLB (Hons.)
• LLM 
• LLM in Intellectual Property Law/Joint Masters

AILET 2026 Application Process: Requirements

Candidates can consider the following things before filling up the application form of AILET:

• A valid email ID to register for AILET
• A valid mobile number to get SMS related to application and exam details.
• Properly scanned copies of the photograph in jpg, GMF or BMP formats and, the file size should not be more than 150 KB
• Class 10 certificate for filling name and date of birth as per the certificate
• Credit/ Debit Card, Bank details for application fee payment

The documents required to fill in education details and personal details should be kept handy. Moreover, the email ID and phone number required for AILET registration should also be kept open for OTP and confirmation related updates.

How to fill the AILET 2026 Application Form?

Candidates can fill the application form of AILET 2026 on the official website as mentioned below:

1. On the homepage of NLU Delhi - nludelhi.ac.in, candidates need to click on ‘AILET Admissions 2026’ and a new page will open up.

2. On this page, click on ‘Online Application Form’ and the application window will open up where candidates need to create a user account as under:

3. Before proceeding to fill the form, click on ‘How to apply online’ to check the requirements/ instructions of filling up the application form.

4. After this, click on ‘Create New Account’ and, the registration form will open up as under:

5. Fill all the details carefully i.e. name, date of birth, and phone number, and a NLU Delhi will send an application ID and password on the entered mobile number

6. Use the application username and password to login, and the next page will appear as under, and candidates need to change their password for their application form of AILET 2026: 

7. Candidates have to change the password and click on ‘Change’ button, and a confirmation message will appear on the screen. Next, candidates need to select their course of admission through AILET 2026 as under: 

9. Candidates need to fill the following details in the first step of AILET 2026 application form:

• Personal Details - Name as per certificate, Mobile number, DOB, Gender, Category, Email ID, Nationality, Religion, PwD status, KM status, Residenent of J&K status
• Centre Choice Details - Select any three test centres for AILET 2025 from the list of 24 cities available.
• Contact Details - Enter address, state, UT, district, pincode details.
• Family Details - Parent's name, occupation, income, phone number, and office address
• Academic Qualification - Enter class 10 details, year of passing, grading scale, maximum marks, marks secured, percentage or CGPA.

10. Next, candidates need to upload their scanned photograph and signature, thereafter they need to select the declaration and proceed to next step:

12. The application fee to be paid as per the category and course will appear on the screen as a popup, candidates need to select their method of payment from the options below:

• Wallet Payments - BHIM UPI, PhonePe, GooglePay, Mobiquick, Freecharge, Airtel Money, Ola Money, Jio Money, PayZapp etc.
• Cards Payments - Debit Card/ Credit Card as issued by your bank
• Net Banking - Online/Internet banking service provided by your bank

13. Once the application fee is paid, the status will be confirmed via the registered mobile number and email address. Candidates can then proceed to submit their application form.

How to Retrieve AILET 2026 Login Password

If you forget your AILET 2026 account login password, use the following steps to retrieve it: 

• Go to nationallawuniversity.in
• Enter your username/registered email. 
• Click on the "Reset Password" option. 
• The link to reset the password will be sent to your registered email. 
• Click on the link, enter the new password and confirm it. 
• After entering all the details, click on the save button to complete the process.

AILET 2026 Application Correction Window

The AILET application correction window refers to a specific period during which candidates can correct any mistakes they made while filling out their AILET application form. To correct details during the AILET 2026 correction window, candidates can follow these steps:

• Go to the official website of National Law University, Delhi (NLU Delhi).
• Use your application number and password to log into your account.
• Navigate to the application correction section.
• Edit the necessary details in your application form. Note that only certain fields may be editable.
• After making the corrections, save the changes.
• Carefully review the corrected details to ensure accuracy.
• Submit the corrected application form.

What after AILET 2026 Application Process? 

After the conclusion of the AILET application process 2026, NLU Delhi will release the AILET 2026 admit card at nationallawuniversitydelihi. The admit card will tentatively be released in November 2025. It is mandatory for candidates to carry their admit card to the exam centre on the exam day. Candidates will not be allowed to appear in the exam without this document.
