TS LAWCET Exam Pattern 2026
Before starting the preparation of TS LAWCET 2026, candidates must check the exam pattern, mentioning details of the question paper as under:
Exam mode - The TS LAWCET exam will be conducted in an online mode.
Test medium - The question paper will be available in English and Telugu medium.
Exam timings - The exam will be held from 2:30 pm to 4 pm (subject to change).
Type of questions - There will be objective-type questions i.e., each question will carry four options.
Total questions - There will be a total of 120 questions divided into three sections.
Total marks - There will be a total of 120 marks.
Sectional Weightage: The question paper of TS LAWCET 2026 will have three sections:

In TGCHE LAWCET 2026 exam, the questions will be asked from the three sections namely, General Knowledge with sub topics including- History, Geography, Economics, Logical Reasoning, and Environmental Science. However, Mental Ability may include Syllogism, Number and Series, Puzzles, Algebra, Blood relation, and direction-based questions. Second section will comprise of current affairs questions including - events and news of national and international importance (past one year). Preparation Plan
Candidates should create a preparation plan as under,
- Analyse days remaining for the examination, and syllabus to be covered from each subject
- Now, create a week-wise plan with a focus on each subject
- Schedule hours of the day for exam preparation
- The exam preparation plan must include breaks of short duration
- Keep the first 5-6 days to understand the concepts from each subject
- In the last 15 days, schedule revision of all the subjects properly
