Karnataka PGCET 2020 Postponed to October 14

Karnataka Examination Authority has postponed the Karnataka PGCET 2020 exam for a week. The application process has been reopened for the candidates who are yet to apply for the exam. The exam was earlier scheduled for October 6 (ME/MTech MArch) and October 7 (MBA/MCA) has been now postponed to October 13 and October 14 respectively. KEA states the reason for postponing the exam dates as, “As different Universities and other Department exams were scheduled on the same dates, considering the requests of the students to postpone the PGCET 2020 exam dates, with the approval of the Government, the entrance exam will now be held on 13.10.2020 and 14.10.2020".

Earlier, the exam was scheduled on October 6 and October 7. The Karnataka PGCET application process had been opened from August 14 to August 20.

Candidates who are yet to apply for Karnataka PGCET can do it now by following the below steps.

How to Fill the Application Form of Karnataka PGCET 2020

Karnataka PGCET 2020 application form can be filled online through the official website. Check steps and application fee to apply for the exam.

Step 1: Visit the official website of KEA

Step 2: Register to create system-generated User ID and Password

Step 3: Fill online Karnataka PGCET 2020 Application Form

Step 4: Note down Application form number for fee payment

Step 5: Take a print out of filled in the application form

Karnataka PGCET 2020 application fee for General and OBC candidates is Rs 650, while for the SC/ST and Category-I candidates, it is Rs 500.

Karnataka PGCET is the entrance exam for admission to MBA and MCA programmes in 178 institutes across Karnataka. The exam can be taken not only by candidates belonging to Karnataka but across India.
