CEETA PG 2024 Exam Day Guidelines:  Anna University will conduct the CEETA PG 2024 exam on March 10, 2024. The CEETA PG 2024 examination will be conducted in an offline mode. The CEETA PG entrance exam for ME/ MTech/ MArch/ MPlan programmes consists of three parts: Part I (Engineering Mathematics), Part II (Basic Engineering & Sciences), and Part III (tailored to the relevant discipline). Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) form the basis of the exam. Each correct answer will earn one mark, while ⅓ marks will be deducted for incorrect answers.

With only a few days remaining until the exam, candidates should maximise their preparation efforts. Apart from focusing on CEETA PG 2024 preparation, candidates should familiarise themselves with the CEETA PG exam day guidelines. Failure to adhere to these guidelines could lead to unnecessary complications on the day of the exam.

CEETA PG 2024 Exam Day Guidelines

The CEETA PG 2024 exam day guidelines contain all the essential information that candidates need to follow on the day of the exam. Here are some of the practices to be followed on the CEETA PG 2024 exam day.

  • The candidates must carry the CEETA PG 2024 Admit Card to the exam centre. The candidates can download the CEETA PG 2024 admit card at
  • Along with the CEETA PG Admit Card 2024, candidates must carry a valid photo ID proof like an Aadhar Card, Passport, PAN card, Voter’s ID or Driving License to the exam centre.
  • Candidates must reach the CEETA PG 2024 exam centre before the notified time.
  • Following the identification process, candidates will be permitted to enter the examination hall. They must occupy seats in accordance with the roll numbers mentioned on their CEETA PG 2024 admit cards.
  • Upon the distribution of the CEETA PG question paper by the invigilator, candidates are required to promptly read the instructions before proceeding to answer the questions.
  • Each candidate will receive an OMR sheet from the invigilator. CEETA PG 2024 OMR sheets undergo evaluation via computer software; thus, any errors in filling out the sheet may lead to inaccurate assessment. Candidates are required to use either a blue or black pen exclusively to fill the OMR sheet. During the shading process, candidates must ensure careful shading of the circle corresponding to the correct answer option, making sure that the pen marks do not exceed the circle's borders.
  • Since there is negative marking, the candidates must answer the questions only if they are sure of the answer.
  • Candidates must not carry electronic gadgets to the exam centre.
  • The candidates must submit the CEETA PG answer sheet to the invigilator and leave the exam hall only after the stipulated time.
