How is the MAH HM CET 2026 Result Prepared?
MAH HM CET 2026 scores are made using the exam’s marking system.
For BHMCT CET 2026, you get 1 mark for each correct answer. All marks are added to make a total out of 100. This total is then changed into a percentile score.
For MHMCT CET 2026, each correct answers give 2 marks. The total marks are also out of 100 and later converted into a percentile, showing how you performed compared to other students.
Percentile score & how it is calculated
The percentile score shows how many students in the CET exam got marks equal to or lower than you. It tells the percentage of candidates who scored the same or less than your marks in that test.
The CET percentile is not just about your raw marks but depends on how all students performed in the exam. The marks you get are changed into a scale from 100 to 0, for the entire exam held in one batch or shift using the same question paper for every candidate.

Note: The percentile scores are usually worked out up to around 7 decimal points, so that there’s no bunching or too many ties between candidates. This way, the score calculation stays more fair and accurate for everyone.

What to Do After MAH HM CET 2026 Result?
The conducting body announces CAP schedule after the results are released. Candidates can start registration for CAP online. Seats will be alloted through CAP counselling process online.
- Once MAH HM CET 2026 results are published, CAP schedule will be released. Candidates can register for CAP online through necessary documentation.
- Documents submitted by candidates will be verified by the official authorities. The verification process is done both online and offline. Students can choose the mode of verification while registering for CAP. In offline document verification, candidates need to visit the facilitation centre, along with the required documents as per the allotted time slot for online filling, scanning & uploading of required documents, verification and confirmation of application form.
- Once the verification is over, a final merit list will be released by the CET Cell.
- Candidates who get selected in the merit list have to submit and confirm the online option form of CAP. This process is done through the candidate’s login.
- Lastly, the final allotment is made. The candidates have to accept the allotment made or take appropriate action before the deadline. To confirm the allotted seats, candidates have to report to the allotted institute and confirm admission by payment of fees.
