  • Puzzle and Arrangements, Inequality, Syllogism, Coding-Decoding, Blood Relations, Direction sense and Order and Ranking, etc. 
  • History and Generation of Computers, Introduction to Computer Organisation, etc.
  • Banking and Insurance Awareness, Financial Awareness, Current Affairs government. Schemes and Policies, Static Awareness, etc.
Q:   Which are the important topics for IBPS PO General Knowledge section?
A: 

The GK section carries questions from Current Affairs Monetary Plans, Indian Financial System, Introduction to National Institutions, Indian Banking System, Banking Terms. To prepare IBPS Clerk GK section, candidates should read newspapers and watch news channels. Candidates should prepare the Current Affairs of last one year or six months. Candidates should make notes of the currect affairs topics and revise them everyday. Candidates should not forget to study the static GK part such as the countries, their currencies and capital.
