The UGC NET 2025 City Intimation Slip for the June 25 exam has been released at ugcnet.nta.ac.in. Candidates can now make arrangements for a city venue in advance. UGC NET 2025 City Slip Out: The National Testing Agency (NTA) released the UGC NET City Intimation Slip 2025 for the June 25, 2025 examination on the official website at ugcnet.nta.ac.in. Candidates can download it by visiting the official website or via the direct link provided below. To download the city intimation slip, candidates required their application number and date of birth. The June session Computer-Based Test (CBT) will be conducted over five days from June 25 to 29, 2025, in two shifts, namely 9 am to 12 pm and 3 pm to 6 pm. The UGC NET June 2025 city slips will inform candidates of their exam city, allowing them to plan their travel and accommodation ahead of time. Q:   Which subjects' UGC NET exams are conducted on June 25, 2025?
A:

The NTA will conduct the UGC NET 2025 exam for the June session from June 25 to June 29 in two shifts. Candidates can check below the subjects of which exam to be held on June 25.

Shift 1 (9 AM to 12 PM)

Education, Public Administration, Indian Knowledge System, Malayalam, Urdu, Labour Welfare/Personnel Management/Industrial relations/Labour and Social Welfare/Human Resource Management, Criminology, Tribal and Regional Language/Literature, Folk Literature, Konkani and Environmental Sciences.

Shift 2 (3 PM to 6 PM)

Electronic Science, Japanese, law, Mass Communication and Journalism, Nepali, Performing Art-Dance/Drama/Theatre, Sanskrit, Women Studies, Library and Information Science and Philosophy

The UGC NET exam for the December session was conducted from December 31, 2025 to January 7, 2026. The dates were released by the NTA at ugcnet.nta.nic.in. The admit card was also released at ugcnet.nta.nic.in.

Yes, the NTA UGC NET 2025 paper 1 exam consists of questions related to communication skills. It is a part of a general aptitude test that have the teaching and research topics in which reading comprehension, reasoning, and communication skills also asked.

  • A new login window will appear on the screen
  • Enter application number and date of birth

Yes. The Commission released the UGC NET notification 2025 for the December session in the form of PDF on October 7 at ugcnet.nta.nic.in. The registration also started for the December sesison along with the notification. The last date to apply was November 7, 2025. 

Q:   Is NTA released the UGC NET 2025 Dec city intimation slips for all exam dates?
A:

Yes. The NTA released the UGC NET 2025 December exam advance city intimation slip on the official website. Candidates can check their UGC NET 2025 exam centre in advance. 

UGC NET intimation slip mentions the date of examination, shift, subject/test papers and medium chosen by the candidate while filling the application form. City intimation slips are released subsequently for the exams scheduled on different dates. UGC NET city intimation slip is not an admit card. It is an advanced information about the allotment of city. Based on the city allotted, candidates will have to make the necessary arrangement for travel, accommodation, etc.

The NTA released the UGC NETadmit card 2025 for the December session exam. It was released on the official portal at ugcnet.nta.nic.in. The admit card is a mandatory document thata needs to be carried at the examination centre by the candidate.

The UGC NET December session exam was over on January 7. As per the students' feedback UGC NET January 2 Paper 1 was Moderate some felt that Assertion & Reasoning part was a bit difficult. Paper 1 was lengthy.
