The Commission is expected release the new dates for the UPTET notification. It will start the examination process. The notification will notify the eligibility, syllabus, exam pattern and the likes for the exam. The result will be followed by the Certification of Eigibility to the qualified candidates. The candidates will get all the information about the exam through the UPTET notification only. After the selection in UPTET, the candidates will be eligible for appearing in the UP Super TET exam which will be conducted to recruit the candidates in the Primary and Junior Schools in the state.

What is UPTET 2025?
UPTET is a state-level exam conducted once a year that makes candidates to gain eligibility for Primary (Classes 1 to 5) and Upper Primary (Classes 6-8) level teachers in the schools of Uttar Pradesh. The Uttar Pradesh Education Service Selection Commission (UPESSC) conducts the exam on behalf of the Uttar Pradesh Basic Education Board (UPBEB). UPTET exam is conducted in two shifts for two papers - Papers 1 and 2. UPTET Paper 1 is conducted for candidates who plan to become teachers of Classes 1-5. On the other hand, UPTET Paper 2 is for candidates who plan to become teachers of Classes 6-8. However, the candidates who wish to become teachers of Classes 1-8 need to appear in both papers of UPTET 2025.

Yes. A candidate can apply for both Paper 1 and 2. While applying online and if an aspirant want to apply for both the papers they have to pay the fee combined and have to select an option of both papers.
The duration of the UPTET (Uttar Pradesh Teacher Eligibility Test) Paper 1 exam is 150 minutes (2 hours 30 minutes). Candidates who are aspiring to teach Classes 1 to 5 give the UPTET Paper 1 exam. It comprises five sections, namely Child Development and Pedagogy, Language 1 (Hindi), Language 2 (English/Urdu/Sanskrit), Mathematics, and Environmental Studies.

The Uttar Pradesh Teachers Eligibility Test (UPTET) will be conducted in 75 districts. The Uttar Pradesh Education Service Selection Commission will conduct the written exam in offline mode simultaneously. The admit cards will be released at updeled.gov.in.
