CU Karnataka CUET Subject Mapping
The Central University of Karnataka will release the CU Karnataka CUET 2026 Subject Mapping in the admission brochure 2026-2027 and on the NTA official website. Students planning to apply for admission at CU Karnataka through the CUET UG 2026 exam must carefully map their UG subjects in the CUET registration form. If a candidate fails to appear for the subjects required for their target course at CU Karnataka, their application may be disqualified during the university's CUET admission process.

CUET UG Subjects 2026
According to the CUET UG 2026 Exam Pattern, there are 13 languages, 23 domain subjects, and one general aptitude test. Candidates are required to select five subjects to get admission. Candidates can check the list below of all CUET 2026 Subjects to decide which subjects they must choose.

National Testing Agency (NTA) will commence the CUET UG 2026 registrations at cuet.nta.nic.in. Candidates desirous of taking admission to University/college through CUET must fill the application form before the deadline. On the release of the CUET notification important dates for CUET 2026 will be announced. CUET 2025 application process will be in online mode. Candidates will be required to fill the application form, upload documents and pay the application fee in online mode only. CUET is a gateway to more tahn 250 universities across India for its UG courses.
Before selecting the test or domain subjects, candidates are advised to visit the official website of university/organaisation they wish to apply for. Candidates must check the courses offered and eligibility test that they should appear in for admission to desired course. The choice of language/domain subject and General test will depend upon the course and university. Candidates will be able to opt for one or more tests as per the requirement of the course and university from the following sections:
- Section I - 13 Languages
- Section II - 23 Domain Specific Subjects
- Section III - General Test
From CUET UG 2026 onwards, candidates can now choose for five CUET subjects. Earlier, the subject choices were six. With the rediuction in number of CUET subjects, the choices have been reduced. Candidates can opt for five subjects from 23 domain subjects of any stream irrespective of subjects studied in class 12th.
CUK CUET 2026 Subject Mapping: Important Instructions
To get admission at CU Karnataka through CUET, candidates must appear for the Common University Entrance Test. For this, they have to fill out and submit the CUET UG Registration Form by selecting the test subjects for which they would like to take the exam. Keep the following points in mind while filling out the online form:
- Choose CUET UG subjects required for the UG course you are targeting.
- Verify the CU Karnataka's specific subject requirements to avoid disqualification.
- Select from the CUET domain subjects, general aptitude test, or language papers based on course requirements.
- Follow CUET guidelines for choosing multiple subjects, where applicable.
