Common University Entrance Test 2026 ( CUET )
CUET English and Hindi syllabus 2026 will be available on the NTA website. Know the important topics to focus, and the weightage of each topic based on the previous year's CUET question paper.
CUET English syllabus and CUET Hindi syllabus are provided by the National Testing Agency (NTA). NTA releases CUET syllabus for languages, 27 domain subjects and general test. Students preparing for CUET 2026 exam can download the CUET syllabus for all subjects. Candidates appearing for the CUET exam can choose from 13 languages to take the exam.
The CUET application form 2026 will likely be released in the first week of March 2026. Keep reading on to know the CUET English Hindi important topics and chapter-wise weightage.
CUET 2026 exam will likely be conducted in the month of May 2026, in the computer-based test mode. CUET is a national-level exam which serves as a gateway to various undergraduate courses offered in the central, state, private and deemed universities across India.
NTA prescribes the CUET UG marking scheme. Check below to know the CUET UG marking scheme 2026:
- Correct answer or the most appropriate answer: Five marks (+5)
- Any incorrect option marked will be given minus one mark (-1).
- Unanswered/Marked for Review will be given no mark (0).
- If more than one option is found to be correct then Five marks (+5) will be awarded to only those who have marked any of the correct options.
- If all options are found to be correct then Five marks (+5) will be awarded to all those who have attempted the question.
- If none of the options is found correct or a question is found to be wrong or a question is dropped, then all candidates who have attempted the dropped question will be given five marks (+5) marks.

CUET English and Hindi Syllabus 2026
The CUET question paper 2026 will consist of 50 questions for the students to attempt. The CUET English syllabus and CUET Hindi syllabus are a part of the CUET Languages syllabus (IA & IB). Check the CUET English and Hindi syllabus below:
- Reading Comprehension: There will be three types of passages (maximum 300-350 words):
- Factual
- Narrative
- Literary
- Verbal Ability
- Rearranging the parts
- Choosing the correct word

You can't do BBA from CUET with PCB in 12 th as CUET requires the same subjects as in 12th for BBA you need math's English and general test

No, Bapuji Academy of Management & Research (BAMR) is not under CUET. The academy accepts the scores of certain other entrance exams such as, MAT/PGCET/KMAT. Candidates who have passed graduation with a minimum of 50% aggregate (45% for reserved category) can apply for admission.

No, Terna Global Business School is not under CUET. Rather the college accepts scores of various other entrance exams such as CAT, XAT, GMAT, MAT, MAH-CET, etc. Candidates are not required to appear for the CUET exam rather they must appear for any of these exams.
