CUET Mathematics Exam Pattern
CUET Maths exam pattern 2026 gives students an idea of the structure of the question paper. The National Testing Agency conducts Common University Entrance Test (UG) once a year for admission to participating central, state, private, government and deemed universities. To be eligible for admission, candidates must appear for the entrance test for UG subjects required for their target course. NTA will administer CUET 2026 between May 11 and May 31, 2026, in computer based test mode.

CUET Maths Total Marks
The CUET Mathematics marking scheme states that a candidate will get 5 marks for every correct answer and 1 mark will be deducted for every incorrect answer. However, if a candidate leaves a question unattempted 0 marks will be awarded. Is Calculator Allowed in CUET Maths Exam?
No, calculators are not allowed in CUET Mathematics exam. Candidates are prohibited from taking smartwatches or physical calculators with them to the examination hall. They have to perform all calculations manually on a piece of paper. The paper for rough work is provided by NTA before the exam begins. If a candidate is found performing calculations using any device, their exam will be cancelled.
