Satisfied with the campus and good infrastructure. Good and friendly faculty.
Placements: In our course, above 90% of students got placed with an average package of 6 LPA. The highest package is 10 LPA and the lowest is 4 LPA. Top recruiters like PwC, IBM, CDAC, Adobe, and based on talent, many more opportunities will be provided by the campus. We should showcase our skills and prove ourselves.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the campus is okay because it's a newly established campus. The new buildings are under construction. After completing, we can see excellent infrastructure with a peaceful environment. The faculty members are good and friendly. In the hostel, we have okay Wi-Fi speed due to full usage. The classrooms are good, the canteen is small, but the food is okay. The mess is also okay. Some days we should adjust.
Faculty: The teachers are very friendly, and the exam pattern they follow is very useful for students to improve their knowledge in each aspect, like implementation skills, searching, etc. The semester exams will be held with utmost security and surveillance, with 2 invigilators. By any chance, if you get caught, the consequences will be tough.
Other: I chose this course because I don't want to be the same as most of the students choosing CSE. This course gives insights into both ECE and CSE concepts and subjects. The festivals are more attractive and colorful to see.

Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham- Chennai review .
Placements: Software Engineer and some core company roles mostly students go to higher studies rather than attending placements. Also, we can attend a mitacs internship, which is a Canadian government internship, which will be very useful when you go to higher studies.
Infrastructure: Good. The food is okay, and sports are good. Hostels are good, but no AC. Separate washrooms are available for the seniors only in their third and fourth years. There are two canteens, a washing area to wash three clothes, and a basketball court and cricket ground.
Faculty: 50% is the pass percentage of the course, and exams are not so difficult. The courses generally have a 60-40 rule where 60% marks are internal and 40% marks are external, so if you do internals nicely, you can score well. There're capstone projects every semester.
Other: No fests. Connectivity is baf scholarship is there.

Bad because of faculty members, bad placements in 2024, bad infrastructure and facilities.
Placements: Many students did not get placed in our course at our college. They don't give the package details. CCE students get very lower salary package placements than CSE and other departments. Some get internships but most don't get internships. There are no top recruiting companies.
Infrastructure: The mess food is the worst as every day we get the sambhar to eat. Our labs are pretty well-maintained. The canteen is small. There is importance for sports, games, and extracurricular activities except yoga.
Faculty: There are bad faculty members. They do not teach anything but only give difficult semester exams. The pass rate is barely. The curriculum is relevant but other department gets to learn topics earlier. Some are bad and some aren't. Quite good faculty members are also there. But mostly they don't provide marks. They only want us to study.
Other: There are no fests. The crowd is not much. There is no connectivity. It doesn't feel like college. It feels like I am in a school.

The campus offers a good atmosphere, infrastructure, and qualified faculty members to seek knowledge
Placements: Nearly 80% of students got placement in reputed companies. The top recruiting companies are Microsoft, Google, Infosys, Cognizant, Bosch, etc. The highest salary offered by the company is between INR 15 and 20 lacs per annum, and the average salary is nearly INR 5 lacs. 10–15% of students got internships at different companies.
Infrastructure: The school is aesthetically placed between the Arani and Kosasthalaiyar rivers, spread out on 13.55 acres of land with a built-up area of 24000 sq m. A good library, Wi-Fi facilities, smart classrooms, and labs like MWN labs and CTS labs are provided. Good hostel facilities for boys and girls are provided inside the campus. Quality and hygienic food is available in the staff mess and canteens.
Faculty: Well-qualified faculty members helped the students solve their problems and gave proper guidance to complete the course. This course has good relevance to the current scenario. The semester exams are not very difficult. Nearly 80% of students passed the semester exams.
Other: In the modern era, technology is endless. This course has wide job opportunities in the future. CCE graduates will get job opportunities in fields like network design, data communication, system integration, etc.

I am satisfied with our college because of the good placements and facilities.
Placements: This course (CCE) is new to the Chennai campus of the university Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham. Our course has been introduced 3 years ago, so good placement statistics are not available in this course and other courses have better placement statistics.
Infrastructure: Our college provides us with all facilities. All labs are well-maintained and there never has been a shortage of components or computers. Our classrooms are well-designed in such a way that even last benchers can see the board or listen to the teacher. Our teachers use smartboards to teach students. Our college is Wi-Fi enabled. The library mainly has books related to engineering lessons and course lessons. Wi-Fi facility is available 24X7 in the hostel. The hostel for seniors from 2nd year has a separate building of rooms and it has attached bathrooms. An elevator facility is not available in our college. The food served in the mess is not good. The food served in the canteen is affordable. They provide a variety of food items and they also served non-vegetarian food items. The quality of food served in the canteen is much better than the mess. A doctor is available on campus till 4 PM. Sports facilities are not good. There is a basketball court, a cricket net, and a volleyball court. A badminton court is under construction.
Faculty: Teachers and professors are highly trained. All teachers are well-experienced. They have 9 years of teaching experience. Their teaching quality is excellent. The course curriculum is designed in the best way, and it provides the maximum industrial exposure to students. Practical classes are highly useful, and relevant for the current times. Semester exams are difficult compared to other universities. The question paper requires in-depth and critical thinking skills. They try to bring out the best of engineering thinking in a student. The pass percentage is 78%.
Other: I opted for this course because it is a multi-disciplinary course. This course brings the best outcomes by combining the core subjects of the computer science and electronics and communications department. Currently, the course is more inclined towards the ECE, they should include more coding languages that equally balance computer science. There haven't been organised any fests or cultural activities for the past 4 months. Our college organises fests for religious occasions. Events like DJ nights are rarely conducted in our college. There is no fresher's party. Our campus crowd is less as compared to other colleges. Our college connectivity is not good. It is very difficult to reach Chennai city at the railway station from our college, and it takes nearly 2 hours to reach. There is only a single bus that travels through our college route. The nearest railway station is 15 kilometers away. Our campus surroundings are filled with lush greenery. Our campus is small and well-maintained. Scholarships are provided to a lot of students based on their entrance exam rank. Extracurricular activities are conducted less. Our college has clubs. They are classified as "Slabs". The first slab has the least fees and the 5th slab has the highest fees.
