No, CAT is not necessary for MBA at BHU. The university offers a two-year full-time MBA course at the postgraduate level. For admission to a BHU BA (Hons) course, aspirants need to complete the CUET-UG application process. NTA carries out the registrations in online mode. Eligible students can visit NTA CUET website to apply. The application process includes registration, form filling, document upload, and payment of the application fees. Further, to submit the application successfully, candidates must pay the fee on time. Yes, candidates seeking admission to BCom (Hons) courses need to appear for the CUET-UG entrance test. Based on the entrance test scores, BHU will conduct a counselling round. Banaras Hindu University cutoff 2025 has been released for admission to UG and PG courses. As per round 4 of the CUET UG BHU cut off 2025, the cutoff scores ranged between 94 and 628.46 for the B.Sc. (Hons) in Medical Radiology and Imaging Technology for the General category All India quota candidates.  So, considering the BHU latest round cutoff, a cutoff score of 200 is sufficient to get a seat in some courses at BHU.

For MBBS in BHU, students shall have secured at least 50 percentile if belonging to the General category, 45 for physically handicapped General candidates, and 40 for the SC/ST/OBC category students. Banaras Hindu University accepts CAT and CUET-PG scores for admission to its MBA programmes. For the MBA (IB) and MBA courses, aspirants should have a valid score of CAT. Banaras Hindu University MBA-IB course tuition fee is INR 99,310. Candidates who get selected have to pay first semester or admission fee amount. The fee structure may include other fee components as well. This fee is as per the official website/ sanctioning body. It may vary and hence, is indicative.

The university provides direct admission to the candidates who have represented India in any game/sports approved by their IOA/Federation organized at Olympic/World/Asian/Common Wealth games/SAF and World University, as per the AIU list. These candidates need to apply for admission before the last date of admission in the course and should have passed the qualifying examination. This may apply to MBA programmes. The hostel fee structure for BHU is INR 3,000 - INR 4,000 per semester depending upon the degree. The hostel fee does not include mess charges. BHU offers a five-year MBBS course through the Institute of Medical Sciences. Admission to the medical course is based on merit in the NEET-UG exam followed by the counselling round conducted by Medical Counselling Committee (MCC).
