BHU offers Ph.D. courses in different subjects like Bengali, English Hindi Sanskrit, Mathematics etc. To be eligible for these courses, candidates need to have scored at least 55% marks in aggregate and 50% marks in the relevant subject at postgraduate level. Admission is through Research Entrance Test (Ret) 2021 And Direct Admission (RET- Exempted) ( NET /JRF qualified candidates are exempted from RET).

 

(a) Qualifying Examination: Master’s degree in Business Management (M.B.M.), Management Studies/ Management Sciences (M.M.S.), Business Administration (M.B.A.), International Business Administration (M.I.B.A.), International Business (M.I.B.), M.B.A. (Agri-Business) or two year PGP/PGDM declared equivalent to Master’s Degree in Management by AIU/accredited by AICTE/UGC or First class graduate and professionally qualified Chartered Accountant/Cost and Works Accountant/Company Secretary of the concerned statutory bodies.

(b) Qualifying Marks: At least 60% in the aggregate or equivalent grade point average in the qualifying examination.

The fee for a Ph.D in Management Studies at the Institute of Management Studies, Banaras Hindu University (BHU) is as follows:

• For the first year: Admission fees of INR 150 and tuition fees of INR 3,750, which get total of INR 3,900 for first year.
• For the second year: Tuition fees of INR 2,670.
• For the third year: Tuition fees is INR 4,670.

Yes, Banaras Hindu University accept CUET score for multiple UG courses, including BA (Hons), BCom (Hons) BSc (Hons), etc. The university is also offering admission to its PG courses based on merit in CUET-PG. Aspirants who meet the eligibility requirements can register on the BHU admission portal for counselling. The admission is done in order of merit based on the normalised score of the CUET (PG) and reservation policy as per the provisions laid down in the BHU PET Information Brochure.

Candidates willing to pursue a BSc (Nursing) at IMS BHU must clear the required NEET UG cut-off depending on their reservation category. The cut-off is released in the form of the closing ranks at which the admission is granted during various rounds of counselling. IMS BHU offers a full-time Diploma in Dental Mechanic. The total fee for the programme is INR 50,000. It must be paid in two annual instalments of INR 25,000 each.
