The Internship & Placement Committee (IPC) at the Faculty of Law, BHU, takes care of all the placement-related activities at the institute. BHU B.A. LL.B. Placement is initiated each year in the month of July and goes on till the month of May next year. BHU LL.B. Placements start with handing out invitation letters to various firms, advocates and other organisations for the recruitment process. Interested companies submit the completed form and candidates are shortlisted against the requirements mentioned by the organisations. Aptitude tests are also conducted if needed. The interview session for placements starts every year in the month of November. BHU admission process for UG courses has officially closed .Only the candidates who have appeared for CUET UG were eligible to register for this counselling process.

Yes, IIT BHU is recognised by UGC and the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE). IIT BHU has been ranked 15 by NIRF 2023 under the Engineering category. The college is also ranked 531 by QS World University Rankings 2025.
