DIT Institute of Technology, Uttarakhand, is one of the best engineering colleges.
Placements: Placement percentage of BTCSE is 70 to 80%. Having average salary package of 5.5 LPA and highest salary package of 15 LPA. Top recruiting companies for course are Amazon, Juspay, Paloalto, and Microsoft. Almost 90 to 95% students also got internships in various companies like Zomato, Adobe, Blinkit, etc.
Infrastructure: DIT University in Dehradun offers a high-quality infrastructure and facilities, including well-maintained Wi-Fi-enabled spaces, libraries, labs, a hostel, a rooftop, and a sports ground. Hostel has A1 facilities, including a mess and common areas. College has both girls' and boys' hostel. College also has A1 quality facilities available to solve each and every doubt of students.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful and qualified. Their teaching skills are top-notch. BTCSE is considered a tough course but also gives good ROI. There are 2 exams per year. And it is a bit tough with a passing percentage of 97%. This course is very effective and also makes the students industry-ready.
Other: College crowd is very good and helpful. College also conducts various events and an annual fest of 3 days on college campus. College also provides a scholarship on the basis of class 12th marks and JEE percentile.

Great faculty members and facilities. It has good learning environment.
Placements: Around 70% of students got placed. The highest package is 44 LPA, and average is 5.7 LPA. Top recruiters are Microsoft, Amazon, Cognizant, and Infosys. 60% of students got internships at TCS, Wipro, and start-ups. Roles offered are SDE, analyst, QA, and system engineer. So this concludes that it has a good placement.
Infrastructure: Campus has good infrastructure with well-equipped labs, fast Wi-Fi, smart classroom, and a large library. Hostel is clean with decent medical and sports facilities. Mess food is average but hygienic. Canteen options are better. Overall, it has a comfortable setup.
Faculty: Most faculty members are qualified and helpful, through teaching quality can vary. The curriculum is regularly updated and includes industry-relevant subjects and electives. Semester exams are moderately tough with passing percentage of around 90%. They have a supportive academic environment overall.

Dissatisfied with college placement and mess. Satisfied because of the faculty and library.
Placements: Around 50 students got placed out of 400 this year in DIT University. The highest package was over 1 crore per annum on off-campus, The average salary package ranged from 6 LPA - 7 LPA. And the lowest salary package was 3 LPA. Top recruiting companies included Decathlon, Infosys, Yamaha, and Byju's. About 60% of students secured internships. Top roles offered were in CSE and IT.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure of classrooms, labs, Wi-Fi, and library is very good, and their facilities are amazing. In sports, football cannot be played on campus as no football ground is available. Badminton, table tennis, cricket, basketball, and volleyball can be played. Food quality is average. Medical facilities are good. A sports event called Sphurti is conducted once every year on campus.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. Their teaching quality is also very good. This course is curriculum-relevant. It makes students industry-ready, but not fully. In the second year, it is very hard to pass semester exams. I don't know the pass percentage exactly, but it's approximately 55%.
Other: Events are very few in the B.Tech course. Only one fest happens each year, and it lasts for three days. The campus crowd is not so good. Connectivity with the main city is a bit far. There are different clubs in which we can take part.

Go for better not for good.
Placements: If I'll talk about the recent placements, then I'llsay that the placements are quite decent as many students get placed. Some of them got 10 LPA so it is good. More than 300 students got the placement this year so it is quite nice.
Infrastructure: Classes are good but the computers in the labs are old and very slow. Even some of them are old model so it is quite tough to use. Hostels are good. There is no ground for sports only basketball court is available and that is also for hostel students only.
Faculty: Most of the faculty members are not so experienced. Some of them are experienced so I can say that also come under average. Exams are very tough checking. The CGPA is also declining every semester as the toughness of the paper is increasing.
Other: I would say that you should try other colleges if not then you can come.

For B.Tech CSE, having computer subject is not mandatory. But yes you must have Physics, Chemistry & Maths as necessary subjects with 60% aggregate in PCME & in overall 12th & 10th. And our next counselling for B.Tech is on 17th of June. So if you are eligible for the same and if you are interested,
