IPU BCA 2024 admission is open. Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU or IPU) offers a BCA programme in full-time mode at the undergraduate level. The course is spread across six semesters. In some of the affiliated colleges of GGSIPU, BCA is also offered in the second (evening) shift. Candidates seeking admission must visit the official website of the University to apply online. IPU BCA admission is based on merit in IPU CET/CUET followed by counselling. IPU BCA Admission Dates 2024

Yes, GGSIPU accepts CUET scores. For UG courses, CUET-UG and similarly for the PG courses, CUET-PG is applicable. However, it must be noted that preference is given to CUET scores after the respective national-level exams and the Common Entrance Test (CET) conducted by the university. Some of the UG and PG programmes for which this entrance score is accepted are MCA, MA, BSc, BBA and allied programmes, BPharm, BCom (Hons), etc.
Candidates can apply on the university's website for the preferred course. Aspirants have to pay INR 2,500 for the GGSIPU form. Candidates need to fill out the personal, contact, academic and other details in the form.
Admission to most of the GGSIPU courses is done through entrance tests. However, direct admissions are available through the Management quota. Only some colleges under the GGSIPU accept direct admissions through Management quota.
There is also spot/sliding round admissions available for leftover seats after all CET counselling rounds are over. The colleges fill these seats via walk-in or direct applications.

The application procedure is carried out via online mode. Check out the eligibility criteria before registration. The step-wise IP University application process is below:
- Visit the official website of Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (www.ipu.ac.in) and click on the 'Admission' tab and further click on 'Online Admission Form' from the drag-down menu.
- Read the instructions carefully, accept the declaration and click on 'Start' to proceed with the registration step of the application process.
- Select BCA from the programme drop-down menu and register with the candidate's name, email ID and contact number. Further, click on 'CET' courses because BCA comes under the 'CET' category courses.
- Candidates will receive an application sequence number, user ID and password for future logins and a link to the application form to proceed with further steps.
- In the first stage of the application form, enter personal details, such as name, parents' name, age, nationality, etc. Also, enter the present address information along with the permanent address.
- Fill in the essential qualification details, including the year of passing and the school/ institution attended.

No, Common University Entrance Test (CUET) 2027 registrations have not commenced yet. The registration window will be active at cuet.nta.nic.in. NTA will release the CUET 2027 notification in first week of January. Soon after the release of the CUET official notification, the CUET registration 2027 process will commence online at the official website. Candidates willing to appear for the CUET 2027 exam must complete the application form online. Additionally, before filling application form, candidates must make sure that they have fulfilled the prescribed CUET eligibility criteria to qualify for the entrance exam.
Yes, GGSIPU offers a three-year BCA course in a full-time mode. The course is divided into semester patterns. Some of the affiliated colleges of GGSIPU also offers BCA course in the second (evening) shift. IPU BCA admission is completely entrance-based and depends on candidates' performance in the IPU CET/CUET.
