Candidates applying to a MSc course in IIT Delhi must fulfil the required eligibility criteria. Thus, aspirant must hold a valid bachelor's degree in a relevant stream for at least two years (four semesters) and a minimum aggregate between 55% and 80% or 5.5 CGPA out of 10.

Yes, any candidate who has passed BE/ BTech/ MSc or equivalent with a minimum 60% aggregate are eligible to apply for IIT Delhi M.Tech programme. Aspirants must also qualify GATE for admission to MTech. Aspirants with a score equal to or more than the cutoff also have to go through a counselling round.
