The college has beautiful infrastructure and excellent placements.
Placements: IIT Bombay is mainly known for its placement records. Last year, students received offers from international countries like Japan, UAE, Singapore, and Taiwan. The average package of the 2023 batch is around 23 LPA, and the highest package is 3.5 crores per year. The placement percentage is nearly 75%. Students can apply for internships in the third-year summer, and last year, more than 400 students got internships in core companies, and 700+ students got internships in non-core companies.
Infrastructure: The college has its own big ground and a beautiful campus. Classrooms are equipped with digital gadgets like projectors and smart boards. The best thing about our college is the hostel because it provides students with all the facilities, such as cleaned rooms, cleaned washrooms, and high-speed internet. The hostel mess food is also good. Girls and boys have separate hostels with privacy and safety.
Faculty: The faculty of our college is excellent. All the faculty members are experienced. Their method of teaching depends on concepts and particular topics, and they teach us using digital boards and presentations. In my experience, the teachers here are very good, and they help us in every situation where we get stuck. Exams are taken by the college on a semester basis, and they are easy if you prepare with the study material provided by the faculty.

Faculty members are too experienced as learning is easy.
Placements: 400+ M.Teach students are placed every year here at IIT. Engineering & Technology was observed as the top sector in the placements followed by IT/Software. In my batch, the placement percentage decreased a little since fewer students participated. The highest international package stood at more than INR 2.1 CPA the highest domestic package stood at more than INR 1 CPA. Honeywell, ISRO, Airbus were the top recruiters.
Infrastructure: The hostel facilities provided us not so good in the campus. The hostels given to freshers are good, but from 2nd year onwards the hostels alloted are holder hostels. The holder hostels are not in good condition and are not too spacious to accomodate two students. The space is congested within hostels, which is a problem. The mess menu is great with all types of food, but sometimes the quality degrades which should also be improved. The hostels are allotted during admission time only and the process of registration for hostels is also easy and simple. However, in a high rented place like Mumbai, the hostels are affordable and value for money. The rents in PGs are way too high, thus taking hostel inside campus is a good option.
Faculty: The Aerospace Engineering department in IIT Bombay has around 50 professors. The student to faculty ratio in pour department is about 3.0. All the faculty members are well qualified and completed their research, Ph.D. from premier institutes. All the faculty members have immense knowledge of their field and are a great resource of knowledge for someone who want to learn deeper in their field. Most of the professors explain well and make the classes interactive, so that students can get maximum out of the lecture and learn the application of the concepts. Professors are also approachable via mails or by visiting their offices during office hours. Questions an doubts can be asked in classes too, but if someone wants more clarification, can approach them by sending mails or visiting their offices.
Other: Various social, cultural, technical fests and events are being conducted regularly in the institute. Mood Indigo: The Asia's the biggest cultural fest is organised in IIT BOMBAY in the month of December. Prople from different places come to attend this event. Various programs, performances, competitions are being organised in MOODI. Techfest : The flagship technical fest of IIT BOMBAY is organised also in late December, where participants from different universities come to participate in the Robo wards. There are various clubs like Drama Club, Acting Club, Comedy Cons, Technical clubs, etc. And team like NSS, NCC rhat serves asa way for one to explore his/her passion.

The campus-Probably the greenest place I have ever seen.
Placements: 7th and 10th-semester onwards students can sit for placements. All big brands and leading companies come to campus every year to hire students. From Microsoft to Wipro, from Morgan Stanley to Axela, PSU, from Deutsche Bank to IDBI Bank, all companies come to college every year. The highest package of 90 Lacs by Bloomberg London in Data Analytics. The average package is 16.07 Lacs, as per the Website for the year 2021. I'll go for research post my degree.
Infrastructure: All the rooms contain a fan, good lighting, windows, and a LAN socket, which provides unlimited 80 Mbps Internet 24X7. Every hostel has various outdoor fields and also a room for indoor games. They also contain a music room, a dance room, and a TV room. Every hostel has its own study room, which has AC. The Mess provides 4 meals a day, which are of very good hygiene and quality. The registration process in the hostel is very easy. You just need to pay the fees of the hostel allotted to you. The hostel rooms are double occupancy for 1–3 years and single occupancy for last year students.
Faculty: The course is very relevant, as it deals with new energy technologies. The course is very much energy-industry-oriented and offers good placements. The course includes a wide aspect of energy technologies, including not only renewable sources but also conventional sources of energies, giving a wider insight into the energy demand and supply of industries. Class size: 67 Course feels – INR 60000 per year.

    Honest review of IIT Bombay.
Placements: I completed my graduation in 2023, but this year, the highest package that IIT Bombay offers is about 3.47 crore in international placements and 1.54 crore in domestic placements. Around 89% of students are placed this year, with about 324 companies offering placements. The average package this year is 21.82 Lacs per annum.
Infrastructure: As we all know, IIT Bombay has the best facilities, so definitely its infrastructure is the best. You get Wi-Fi in your labs and classrooms and LAN in hostels. There are about 3 libraries present here, all types of labs are available, and a sports complex is also there. The mess food quality is the best, and you also get all types of necessary medical facilities that we generally need.
Faculty: Faculty members are the best; they help you at every moment whenever you need them. Without any doubt, they are highly qualified and knowledgeable, and their teaching methods are also good. They prepare you for the industry and life too. Here you find semester exams difficult, but if you study, then it is not a problem.
Other: Here many societies and clubs are present, and by this, you can also upskill yourself and be able to know how to make connections with different types of people.

IIT Bombay - exceptional college for exceptional students.
Placements: Almost 90% to 95% of the students got placed in my course. The highest package is 54 LPA, the lowest package is 12 LPA and the median package is 24 LPA. The top recruiters in my course are Byju's, Gojek, Goldman Sachs, etc. Overall, IIT Bombay is the best college for placement in India.
Infrastructure: Wi-fi is available on the IIT Bombay campus. Classrooms are up-to-date in terms of technology and infrastructure. The library is also available for our course at the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay. The best hostels (infrastructure-wise) are given to M Tech students.
Faculty: The teachers available at IIT Bombay are helpful. Every faculty member present in IIT Bombay is a Ph.D. holder. The faculty present are extremely knowledgeable in their respective fields. Course curriculum are relevant and up-to-date with industry. Exam levels are between easy and moderate.

Come to IITB to excel in your knowledge and life .
Placements: Almost 100% students got placed. With the highest being around 30 LPA the lowest was around 10 LPA and 14th LPA was the average. Most of the consultancy companies where the high paying one to recruit plus IT companies and few core companies like Reliance Energy and all. Being M.Teach internships are not offered.
Infrastructure: IIT Bombay generally offers modern facilities including fast Wi-Fi modern and well-equipped labs Air conditioned classrooms with proper step seating and projectors and library is the best thing you will SEE here. Hostels are great if you get new ones like H17 H18 they are kind of 5 star rooms but few old hostels are very bad mess food is also great, medical facilities are top notch and free of cost.
Faculty: Faculty members here are the best specifically in terms of knowledge experience and also they are easily accessible if you want any help even at fortnight. Course curriculum is entirely depend on the faculty as autonomy is given to each faculty they can put different weightage to each assignment class test quiz mid sem end sem exam with passing score also dependent on faculty.
Other: Energy is need for the hour and it is a mix of 3 branches chem mech elec. Syllabus is good but somehow it just covers basics. IIT Bombay host the best events every weekend you will have something round the sem different fest continues to happen with mood indigo the best.

For IIT admission, clearing JEE Advanced is compulsory, and students first need to qualify JEE Main to become eligible for it. Since Computer Science at IIT Bombay is one o
