Candidates must have passed Bachelor’s degree (with Chemistry as one of the subjects) under the 10+2+3 pattern of education with the mentioned marks in the aggregate (or in Chemistry, Physics and Mathematics combined), or in Chemistry Honors. Candidates are also eligible who have passed B.Tech. degree (or equivalent) in Chemical / Polymer / Petroleum Engineering with a CGPA of at least 6.0 out of 10.0 (or equivalent percentage).
